We loved our stay in Sansepolcro. The hospitality was truly exceptional, like, exceptional. The room was exactly as described and I felt like every expectation was managed and then exceeded. I have to say I think the negative reviews are extremely unfair. The property is extremely clearly described, and it's a budget friendly stay in the middle of a historical town in Tuscany. As someone who works in tourism and hotels, I felt like it was one of the best value for money we got throughout our trip through Europe, and the communication with the owner was excellent. It's not a 100% perfect property- which is why it's budget friendly. But the bed is comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious, the location is perfect, and the host truly goes above and beyond. There's noise from outside and the bathroom is shared but that's clearly communicated many times through the booking and the host has gone out of his way to ensure that you are comfortable as possible. We really felt like we got a hidden gem and I feel like the negative reviews need to mind their expectations in relation to the price.

Loved it all. Everything was great and I loved the apartment and Sansepolcro as a whole. The negative reviews need to learn about hotel pricing and get their heads out their asses.

バス停からも街中心部からもアクセスしやすい立地。チェックイン時にオーナーが建物前で出迎えてくれた。市内地図で見所を説明してくれてとても親切。

強いて言えば、歴史建物なのでバスルームは年代を感じるが当然の事である。

Posizione centrale al paese.

Evitare assolutamente il fine settimana i quanto la movida del centro non permette di dormire tranquilli, fino alle 2:30 di notte confusione terribile per le strade. Pulizia delle camere da rivedere, parecchia polvere. La doccia potrebbe essere sostituita, tutta di plastica e nemmeno tanto pulita.

La posizione è ottima. Nel fine settimana, è veramente caotico, per via dei locali sottostanti, ma era stato segnalato questo problema dal gestore.

Il bagno per 3 camere, è veramente poco accogliente, anche se era stato scritto dal gestore.
