Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere diverse località dei dintorni, vicino a un ristorante "spaziale" (l'incanto) e vicino a supermarket e facility varie.
E' sempre disponibile un "cucinino", il frigorifero, forno a microonde e macchina del caffè. Il che rende facile e comoda l'auto-gestione delle proprie esigenze in base alle attività giornaliere.

In generale... niente. Il posto rispetta le aspettative e ritengo sia una soluzione molto "adeguata".
Dovendo trovare spunti di miglioramento... la colazione potrebbe essere un po' più varia.
