About this house rental
Pretty house of 95 m2 with a garden and a garage.
Nice, quiet, bright and functional accommodation, consisting of 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 with a large double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. You will also find a bathroom with a shower and a sink.
On the ground floor,
the living room is equipped with a table and chairs, a sofa, a small living room table, a TV and wifi internet access.
The fitted kitchen consists of a fridge, 5 gas burners, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a sink and a dishwasher.
Separate toilets.
Shops nearby: grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, bars, tobacconists, restaurants, shopping centers….
Markets: every Sunday morning and Tuesday afternoon in the city center
Ideally located 800 meters from downtown Saint-Avé, 10 minutes from the port of Vannes, and a few kilometers from the beaches.
A wide choice of visits throughout the Gulf of Morbihan, from the Rhuys peninsula to the Quiberon peninsula (the Château de Suscinio, the Port du Crouesty, the Gulf of Morbihan and its many islands, the islands offshore (Belle île en Mer, Houat, Hoedic) and of course the historic town of Vannes.
Leisure: the beach for children and for shell fishing as well as many nautical activities are available nearby (sailing lessons, rental of windsurfers, kayaks ...). You can also take advantage of the cultural events offered throughout the summer.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !
La maison est super, spacieuse, fonctionnelle, propre.
Elle est très bien située pour accéder le golfe du morbihan.
Et est à moins de 10min en voiture de vannes
Florence la propriétaire est très sympathique, accueillante et disponible.
Je recommande à 100%
