Ligging vlakbij centrum Vannes inclusief parkeerplek. Op de bovenste 3e etage in klein complex met lift. De bedden liggen erg goed en het huis is knus ingericht.

Met name de keuken valt nog wel wat te verbeteren. Er was geen waterkoker aanwezig en iets eenvoudigs als zout en olijfolie zou fijn zijn geweest. Lege doos suikerklontjes stond in de kast dus daar wordt door de schoonmaak niet erg op gecontroleerd. Een pit van het fornuis werkte niet.

The flat is in a good location, generally fine and reasonably priced. Staff did respond when we raised problems: someone came out to sort the hob and coffee machine, a fan was brought round when we asked, and we were allowed to check in 30 minutes early.

There were simply too many small problems. The coffee capsules provided did not fit the machine, the induction hob initially did not work, and there was no kettle despite teabags being provided. We later found a coffee percolator in a cupboard. More seriously, the bottom tray of the dishwasher swung out when opened, and the blade of one of the kitchen knives came away from the handle while my husband was using it. There were also several other maintenance and equipment issues: cracked mugs, no matching set of glasses, a freezer compartment that would not open, a faulty toilet roll holder and two very poor-quality pillows. The local office was not easy to contact and we eventually had to go through Guest Relations. The garage is also quite tricky to access and could be difficult with a larger car. None of the smaller issues would have mattered much on their own, but together they made the stay much more frustrating than it should have been. We would be unlikely to return.
