About this apartment rental

Charming 40-square-meter apartment with a 50-square-meter private courtyard and a private, enclosed garage. Ideally located in the historic Saint-Patern neighborhood, close to the harbor, downtown, and all amenities. The apartment has been completely renovated and is very well equipped. Bedroom (off the main living area), kitchen, bathroom, and a mezzanine with 2 beds (80×190) + 1 crib. It feels like staying in a little townhouse thanks to its private inner courtyard, which offers peace and space. See you soon. Nolwenn & Patrice

It is a nice property and a great location being able to walk in to the centre of the old city in just a few minutes. It is well equipped and is reasonably recent so items like a plug socket each side of the bed to charge devices. It would have been nice to be able to hang up clothes and a bed side table on each side. The ability to sit outside was the largest boon of this property.
