About this house rental
Air conditioned character house, on a fenced plot of 4500 m2, with swimming pool and large terraces. Wireless
Recent renovation (2018) and new equipment.
Meals can be taken on a terrace protected from the sun or in the kitchen with a panoramic view of the swimming pool.
The kitchen is very well equipped: oven, large fridge freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob and retractable hood.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player, bay window overlooking the terrace with pool view, 2 leather sofas. Provision of a portable bluetooth speaker.
The rooms of approximately 14 m2 are equipped with a 160 X 200 bed, of which 3 mattresses out of 4 are shape memory and the 4th is also of excellent quality. Each room has its television.
2 bathrooms, one large and one small.
The 48 m2 terrace, ideal for dining or airing.
An open summer kitchen, with counter, ideal for a drink or an aperitif with friends facing the pool.
The 12 x 6 m heated swimming pool is fitted with a roller shutter.

Beach 10 minutes away from traffic, EURONAT thalassotherapy center 10 minutes, Large areas 15 minutes. 20 minutes from Port Médoc.

For the more curious, visit the Cordouan lighthouse, climb up the Gironde from Port Médoc. Circuit of the castle route 30 minutes (Pauillac, Saint-Esthèphe, Margaux, Saint-Julien Beychevelle etc ...)
For the bravest, Vensac is 1 hour and 15 minutes from the center of Bordeaux.

We spent two weeks with family in this beautiful house. The house was newly and tasteful refurbished and is extremely well equipped with everything you need. We spent very relaxed days at the pool and the very large wonderful garden. We enjoyed the absolute silence, the peacefulness and the privacy of the estate. The house is situated on the countryside at the edge of a beautiful forrest. To Soulac with its fantastic beach and nice shops and restaurants it’s a 15 minutes drive. The chateaus of Médoc are close by. The contact with the owner was very pleasant and uncomplicated.
We highly recommend this house and may come back.

Nous recommandons vivement cette location. La propriétaire est disponible pour toute question et charmante. Les équipements de la villa sont de grande qualité, la piscine est splendide et l’environnement est très calme. La plage est à moins de 15 min de voiture. Bref, c’est parfait !

Maison très bien équipée sur un immense terrain avec une piscine chauffée de 12x6 mètres
Idéale pour passer de bons moments, grand jardin très agréable avec une cuisine d’extérieur, barbecue, plancha… belles prestations et communication avec les propriétaires très facile. Adresse à retenir!!

Tout était parfait, la situation au calme, le jardin magnifique, ainsi qu'une cuisine hyper fonctionnelle.
Mention spéciale également pour la literie qui est de grande qualité.
La communication avec notre hôte était parfaite.
En un mot, excellent !!!
