About this villa rental
Wooden chalet style VILLA of 240 M² with garden of 2000 M² not overlooked, with private, covered swimming pool, heated from April to mid-November, 6-seater covered jacuzzi with a telescopic shelter, sauna.
Even in case of rain you can swim thanks to the pool shelter and enjoy the jacuzzi which is also covered!!

Located in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the castle route with these vineyards known throughout the world!!
Free internet access, 6 bedrooms with 6 double beds of 140 cm. Maximum capacity 12 people

A fully equipped kitchen (with American fridge) opening onto the patio and opening onto the dining room (50 M²) and the living room (45 M²) with a view of the heated indoor swimming pool, its 250 M² wooden terrace and the 6-seater jacuzzi (water at 35°-39°).
The 40 m² covered terrace houses a table for 12 people.
The sauna, the pingpong table, the American billiards table and the table football will seduce you during unforgettable evenings around the barbecue!!
Going back 10 km you have the ferry which can take you to the landscapes of the Charentaise coast for a day getaway.
Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and these oyster beds, on-site tastings possible with a view of the bird island!!

Een zeer mooie woonst voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Voldoende uitleg over alle faciliteiten die er aanwezig zijn. Alles was zeer proper bij aankomst en we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad!

La maison est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos et dans l'annonce. La maison est très calme et sans vis à vis, la piscine, le jaccuzzi, le sauna, le BBQ, le billard, le bany-foot et la table de ping-pong sont bien présents et opérationnels pour profiter au mieux des vacances. Rarement vu une maison aussi bien équipée en vaisselles/couvertures...
Et cerise sur le gateau : Sylvain le propriétaire est très sympa et prend soin de ces locataires.
Nous espérons revenir prochainement visiter la région et profiter de la maison avec une meilleure météo.

Propriétaire très disponible et très réactif. Location super au niveau intérieur et extérieur. Piscine chauffée et couverte idéale avec de jeunes enfants. spa et sauna très appréciés par les adultes. En résumé une semaine avec enfants et petits enfants très réussie sous une meteo digne d un mois de mai. Je recommande vivement cette location
