Gîtes "La Grande Côte d'Argent" 169m2 and 140m2 in a former hotel located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ronce-les-Bains, 50 meters walk from the beach.
Two accommodations with two separate entrances, a first one that can accommodate 10 people (17m2 terrace) and a second apartment that can accommodate 6 people (courtyard of 29m2).
Accommodations 50 meters walk from the sea and close to all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, bike shop, casino, restaurants).

Upstairs, 5 Bedrooms each with shower and WC.
