Magnificent modern and comfortable recent villa fully air-conditioned. 2.5 km from the center of Montalivet, 9 km from the center of Vendays, 1.5 km from the sea in residential area and 50m from the cycle track.
For private use: 600m² fenced grounds, swimming pool with 8x4m alarm. Large terrace of 150m² including covered terrace of 37m², outdoor shower, parking spaces (3 on 2 outdoor grounds), bowling alley, pool house with barbecue and table football, 6 deckchairs.
