Overall great stay, quite close to the hotel

Breakfast buffet was decent especially for the price! stay was comfortable, quiet and clean. Our family had our peace while able to enjoy the benefits of the hotel. We have a young daughter how was thrilled to play at the hotels playground. Also with 4 different jumping castles and 2 large trampolines were a bonus! All staff were friendly and helpful. i can highly recommend!

the view was pretty good, clear view of the mountains.

staff said that they gave us an upgrade from the apartment to the hotel. however, after checking the prices on booking.com, there wasn’t much of a difference because the breakfast was not included in the upgrade. cleanliness could be better. the room they gave us had a balcony, and the ash tray in the balcony had stuffed our cigarettes in them. in this covid climate, had hoped for more focus on the cleanliness. room cleanliness was satisfactory but could be cleaner. staff unfortunately wasn’t very familiar with the resources around - for the transport. we had to find out ourselves. expected more from a hotel. they offered free rental of bikes. but we had to return them by 5pm, which was pretty early.

A perfect place for families for a longer stay, especially if you have a car

The whole private apartment at a residential area. Equipped kitchen, perfectly working wifi, balcony. Newly renovated. You can access bikes and swimming pool at the hotel few minutes walk from the apartment. Easy check-in and always reachable reception at the hotel.

Apartment is 30min walk from the city center.

Mooi appartement

Mooi appartement met klein balkon. Alles is zo goed als nieuw. Uitzicht op de bergen. Sleutel ophalen bij het hotel met dezelfde naam. Er liep iemand mee naar het appartement. Bij het hotel is een ruime parkeergelegenheid.

Un lugar ideal para alojarte en Riva

El personal es muy amable y atento, nos dieron una bolsita con cosas para el perrito. El apartamento estaba equipado, solo faltabas la plancha (planchador tenía). Está bien comunicado para ir al puerto y pudimos disfrutar de la piscina y el parking del hotel. También tienen bicicletas gratis disponibles.

Fue todo estupendo. Por comentar algo, la piscina en estas fechas está bastante llena. En el apartamento se salía el agua de la ducha.

Di base l’appartamento mette a disposizione quelli che occorre per un turista. Servizi dell’hotel vicino messi a disposizione

L’appartamento si trova in un palazzo abbastanza in degrado e senza parcheggio. Il balcone è molto sporco e piccolo con la vista che principalmente dà sui garage. Il bagno devo dire purtroppo che manca dell’igiene di base, in diversi punti era presente muffa ( non si tratta della singola pulizia fatta male, si parla di una mancanza di attenzione al dettaglio generale) Il mobile della camera era rotto in diversi punti. DECISAMENTE VA RIVALUTATO IL PREZZO A CUI L’APPARTAMENTO VIENE MESSO IN AFFITTO!

Ohne Frühstück, da im Apartment

Ausblick vom Balkon wurde besser dargestellt als er war, Balkonboden war nicht einladend, und ein Blick rechts sah man nur altes verschmutzes Dach, da wollte man sich nicht raus setzen. Dusche hat einen sehr schlechten Ablauf und die Sauberkeit lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Im Kühlschrank war das Eisfach komplett vereist, Fach lies sich nicht mehr schließen. Wolldecke aus dem Schrank war voller Haare und versift.
