The apartment is modern, bright, and was spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic – there are supermarkets and a gas station just a few blocks away. The management team is friendly and responsive.

Decent stay with compromises

Good location, Nice reception in their hotel to collect Keys. Washroom, kitchen and the main room were good.

The second room on the top is a big challenge, the height of the room is so less that even you are short heighted your head will keep on hitting to the roof. The exhaust sound in the night troubled the sleep as well.

Was a little way out of the way from the tourist area of Riva del Garda. Hotel has bikes which you can utilise during day, otherwise a short drive to restaurants and attractions

A lovely stay made even better by the outstanding attitude of the hotel staff.

We only stayed for one night (four adults) and wished we could have stayed longer. All the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which left a very positive impression on all four of us. The breakfast was excellent. The later check-out was also a bonus for us.

There was a noticeable sewage smell in the flat during the evening, though we’re unsure of the source. We suspect it may have started after we turned on the air conditioning. It would be helpful if the hotel could look into this issue

Great apartment

Great apartment with a beautiful window view to an old church and the mountains. It has an air-conditioning, the shower is very spacious and the kids enjoyed sleeping at the attic. The supermarket is just 3 minutes drive. It's also 3 minutes walk from the main hotel building which also has a playground and a pool.

A great place to stay near the Lake of Garda

Very friendly and helpful administrator at the main building of the hotel. Children were on the separate level, having their own TV. It was possible to park the car outside for free.

The lift was not working properly and we used it only for transporting our luggage. Please note that in order to use the swimming pool you have to wear a swimming hat.

Unfortunately, apartment No. 25 is only comfortable for 4 people. Placing people on the mezzanine is dangerous. My children hit their head against the beam several times.

Prima verblijf voor een week in Riva

Licht, fijne kamers (behalve de bank in de woonkamer), airco, fietsen in het hotel ernaast ter beschikking, zwembad bij het hotel. Supermarkt tegenover, parkeerplaats op loopafstand.

Er ontbrak veel keukengerei zoals bijvoorbeeld een pan om te koken. Ook verwacht je een kaasrasp, flessenopener, wat meer glazen. Maar de receptie ondernam actie. De afstand naar het meer is verder dan gedacht.

Fin renoveret lejlighed, men hotellet er ikke noget at køre efter.

Pæn og renoveret lejlighed med aircondition. Ikke mange mennesker ved poolen, generelt virkede hotellet ret tomt, når man tænker på det er højsæson.

Der var beskidt udendørs, ved poolområdet, på terrassen og ved hoppepuder. Virkede ikke som om der blev tømt skrald og hentet service mens vi var der. Der var stort set aldrig personale i baren, så vi opgav ofte at få en drink. Der er ca 3 km ind til centrum, men det vidste jeg selvfølgelig da jeg bookede. Ingen mørklægning i soveværelset, så lyset fra vejen generere om natten.

الشقه كانت نظيفه وتعتبر قريبه من السنتر لكن الغرف اللي فوق ضيقه جدا وممكن راسك يخبط في الخشب وكذلك الاستقبال بعيد شوي عن السكن يوجد موقف عند الاستقبال وليس عند السكن

الشقه في مبنى امام كنيسه وليست اطلاله والنوافذ صغيرة اللي فوق .
