Cozy Apartment with Parking Nearby

Feels like a real home — clean, cozy, and well-located, with parking under the building or at a nearby hotel.

No major downsides, but it would be nice to have a pot and a grater (we’re in Italy — cheese is essential!). A bit of salt and oil would also be appreciated for cooking.

The apartment is newly renovated and looks nice. Wifi is good. Location is good.

For me it wasn't clear according to the introduction text that the apartment is not located in the hotel area. It is just an ordinary apartment house 200m from the hotel. Local people in the same corridor smoke indoors and the smoke comes to the apartment. Air conditioning doesn't really work so the apartment was hot and humid. There are also problems with the electricity. If you use several appliances at the same time the fuses come off. Some of the staff don't speak any English which was a problem for us. And the coffee machine is a joke. A capsule machine with capsules you can't find in any of the grosery shops. So if you want to have coffee you have to pick up the capsules one by one from the reception.

Ótimo custo benefício, sem luxo mas funcional e limpo

Local tranquilo, nenhum ruído externo. Possui estacionamento próximo (a 200 mts). Quarto bastante limpo, banheiro com ótimo chuveiro, cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho bem higienizadas.

A distância do estacionamento até a acomodação, para quem fica apenas 1 diária como nós, foi tranquilo; mas isso pode ser um inconveniente para quem fica mais tempo, especialmente em dias de chuva, pois vc tem que caminhar uns 5 minutos do prédio até a pousada, onde fica o estacionamento.

Bardzo ciche i spokojne miejsce. Piękne widoki. W cenie wynajmu basen i atrakcje dla dzieci dostepne 50 m od apartamentu oraz z kartą gościa Rivy bezpłatna komunikacja miejską oraz UBER. Bardzo dobre restauracje w okolicy. Lidl 5 min od apartamentu. Polecam

Bellissimo appartamento a pochi passi dall' Hotel, presenti tutti i confort ed i servizi necessari, comodo anche il divano/letto dove mia figlia di 3 anni ha dormito serenamente per 3 notti.

Unico neo la presenza di alcune ragnatele (a me personalmente non hanno dato fastidio).
