We had an incredible time. We loved the apartment and the host was fab. We will certainly return.

We know Riva really well, and so knew exactly where we wanted to stay, and this location was perfect. We were close to local shops, cafe's and restaurants and just a 10-15 min walk to the centre. The host was superb as we were contacted in advance to introduce each other, we were met at the property and we were in contact throughout to ensure all was ok. We were made to feel very welcome and everything was made very easy for us. The host certainly helped to make it a wonderful stay. The apartment was really cosy, had all the facilities we wanted and was a good size for a couple. Parking was available at the property and nearby when busy. Check out was very easy. We loved it!

Well equipped, friendly and attentive hosts, parking available. Extremely clean!

mattrace in the bedroom should definetly be changed asap, far too soft/worn. Sound insulation in building is low, i.e. you can hear sounds from other apartments quiet clearly.

Superb

The apartment has a private garage parking which might be a little tight for big cars but for us it was perfect. Also there is free parking around the house. From the house to the city centre it is about 15 min walk, so not the shortest but definitely fine.

The matress in the double bed was very soft.

I must really recommend this apartment to you. Owner is phenomenal. I didn't have time before to publish comment till now, but it is brilliant. The apartment is in perfect location. Lots of shops in the area. Not far from the beach. Pair it with a good price, you can't find better

Tranquillo weekend al Grada

L'appartamento ha un ampio salotto con cucina a vista. Ci sono tutte le forniture da cucina necessarie più asciugamani e carta igienica. La appartamento è un pò fuori dal centro di Riva ma questo permette di parcheggiare senza problemi.

Metterei una porta a soffietto o a scomparsa tra la camera matrimoniale e quella con i letti a castello

Ottimo!! Caldamente consigliato!

La Signora Sonia è gentilissima, l'appartamento é comodo, pulitissimo e servito di assolutamente tutto. Si raggiunge tutto a piedi e le vicinanze sono servitissime con supermercati, farmacie, restauranti ecc. La vista dell'appartamento è eccezionale! Lo consiglio veramente!

Bene, il soggiorno è andato benissimo! Se devo dire di qualcosa è che vicino all'appartamento c'é una piazzetta e i ragazzi li fanno un po' di rumore di notte… anche alcuni vicini, ma non è stato un grande problema...

Rewelacyjny stosunek ceny do warunków, bardzo miła wynajmująca.

dobra lokalizacja obiektu na zacisznym osiedlu, bardzo blisko markety spożywcze i lokale gastronomiczne, miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu, lokal wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba , spędziliśmy bardzo udany wypoczynek. Zostaliśmy obdarowani butelką BARDZO dobrego miejscowego wina.

Lokal wynajęliśmy w końcówce czerwca było bardzo gorąco mimo zewnętrznych rolet w mieszkaniu było gorąco, klimatyzacja byłaby bardzo wskazana.
