Juliet's nest in Verona

Loved the location, just over the bridge so away from tourists and a more Italian feel. Lovely bars and restaurants close by, such a friendly area. The property feels safe and secure. The room was large and airy, loved the decor, a real Italian feel. The cleaner there must work really hard, the room was beautifully clean, lots of nice little touches. The check in with Marco was very friendly and he was very helpful with information. Anna was also very friendly. There isn't a lift so it is steps up to the rooms, but that was fine for us as we were in room 2 on 2nd floor. I would highly recommend Juliet's Nest and would definitely stay here again.

Not that I didn't like it, I suppose it's a personal preference but I'm not used to sleeping on a bedstead, I have a divan bed so I didn't find the mattress as comfortable as home. I think room 2 needed actually needed a bedside table, rather than just those beautiful ornamental shelves, it would be more practical for guests to put items on, their spectacles a drink, their phone etc..

The bed was very big and comfortable. Lovely spacious and clean bathroom. Great communication with hosts. Host actually booked a taxi to the airport for us upon checkout. Excellent location and value for money.

We were provided with one pillow each which were a bit firm and you had to pay for extra (comfier) pillows.

Location is perfect, you can easily walk to the city center and all of the most popular places. Room was very comfortable, there is also common kitchen in the building.

Before we arrived communication was great . The room was perfect.I forgot a charger and the management sorted one out for me. Would definitely recommend.
