We loved it here. Our hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. We loved the cookies and Christmas present they gave us! The apartment was far beyond what we expected, warm and comfortable and very well designed equipped. It is convenient for restaurants, shops and getting to the slopes. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect apartment with idyllic views and lovely hosts.

Everything! The location was ideal, close to shops, buses, cafes etc, yet perfectly quiet and peaceful, with uninterrupted views of the mountains. The hosts could not have been more helpful or friendly and it was a pleasure to stay with such nice people. The apartment had absolutely everything needed for self-catering and the standard of cleanliness was impeccable. It genuinely felt like home from home and made for an idyllic holiday. I have no hesitation in giving this property the highest recommendation.

Everything that you need in this beautiful location.

The location was perfect, close to the heart of the village yet backing onto the lower alpine meadows with cows grazing feet from the balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable with all you need for a peaceful and self contained vacation.

Despite the host purchasing a booster, the wifi was weak and slow.

Gerne wieder

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Haus Margreth. Vom 7. bis 11. November 2025 waren meine Frau und ich im Haus Margreth in Ellmau und haben eine fantastische Zeit verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche war alles vorhanden. Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage direkt am Kirchplatz und die schöne Aussicht aus dem Apartment. In der Nähe der Bergdoktor-Praxis und mit direktem Blick auf das Wilde Kaiser Gebirge konnten wir Ellmau in der Nebensaison genießen. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Auch die unkomplizierte Buchung und die Möglichkeit zur papierlosen Bestätigung über die App waren sehr praktisch. Es ist der perfekte Ort für eine spontane, entspannte Auszeit zu zweit in den Tiroler Alpen – wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊 Empfehlungen in der Nebensaison (November): 1. Fijne locatie op loopafstand van centrum en lift. Toch zeer rustig gelegen.

Fijne accommodatie! Leuk ingericht. Fijne mensen als host.

Gaat net de koelkast kapot op zaterdagmorgen. Eerder dan maandag kan er geen nieuwe komen. Moeder heeft dit opgelost met een nood koelkastje. Allemaal tevreden.

Das Appartment war sehr schön. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind super und sogar die Schlafcouch war super komfortabel. Wir waren im Appartment "Wilderkaiser". Es war alles super sauber und wir hatten eine traumhafte Aussicht. Das Appartment ist super zentral. Besser kann es nicht sein. Die Besitzer sind super nett. Ich war hier mit meiner Tochter 1,5 Jahre, mein Mann und Oma. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.
