The apartment was clean and functional, the double bed spacious. wonderful views from the balcony.

The bunk-bed was placed in the corridor and only a glass door separates it from the bathroom- impossible not to disturb children at night when you need to visit the WC. The double bed is in the kitchen / dining area. I missed a sofa to sit on. I think it’s perfectly ok for a night or two but would feel quite cramped for longer stays.

Fabulous

Appartments is comfortabel. It is obviously recently renovated and clean. The building has perfect amenities for skiing and snowboarding. Space to store skies and shoes. It is a short walk about 20 meters to the piste. This piste leads you to town where you can take the gondola to the area. You can also return form there with a chairlift. That is not easy for beginners but doable and short. Parking is in front of the building. Shops and restaurants are 10 minutes walk downhill into town. Perfect location near the piste and easy parking. Comfortabel bed and wel equipped kitchen with dishwasher and enough space to cook. Easy check in and out with Karin. She takes care of the place from the town itself.

The bunk bed in the hallway is a smart way for extra beds. Though it is already small with two, will be pretty cramped with four. Cooking in the same room as sleeping. Neighbours downstairs where constantly smoking on the balcony. This made the apartment smell. The shower was great, wasn’t it that the water temperature changed all the time. It eventually always got warm again. But it was a bit uncomfortable. Maybe something to fix.

➖nutnost vzít si vlastní povlečení,prostěradla,ručníky,utěrky,což se dozvíte emailem před odjezdem ➖nutnost uhradit pobytovou taxu předem převodem na zahraniční účet v EUR ➖nutnost koupit si i toaletní papír,což po příjezdu na dovolenou určitě nechcete řešit Pokud bychom předem věděli,že povlečení atd. nejsou součástí vybavení,tak bychom tento apartmán za tuto cenu nevybrali. ➖pokud není dostatek sněhu,tak celou noc hučí sněžná děla a v ubytování je velmi teplo,takže bez otevřených balkonových nelze spát,takže pokud máte “citlivý” spánek a nejste z velkoměsta a nejste zvyklý na takový hluk,tak se opravdu nevyspíte a den na sjezdovce bude trávit velice unavení (což však není vinou ubytování)

Geweldig!

Van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs opstapje bij wc, erg handig voor peuter die zelf naar de wc kan daardoor. Het allermeest genoten van het uitzicht vanaf de kamer, wauw! 😍 Niet veel contact gehad maar indien nodig dan snel reactie van verhuurder.

Geen minpunten voor het appartement. Enige (waar niks aan gedaan kan worden door verhuurder) is dat het app vanaf dorp/centrum Ellmau op een berg zit, dus een stuk omhoog maar bijna geen verlichting savonds op de weg.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber und hat eine gute Lage. Besonders gefallen hat mir zusätzlich der angenehme, überaus freundliche Kontakt zum Vermieter

Perfect

Perfect verblijf aan de skipiste! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit appartement, dat direct aan de skipiste ligt – een ideale locatie voor skiërs! Beneden was er een kelder waar we onze skibotten konden plaatsen, evenals een aparte ruimte om de ski’s veilig op te bergen. Het appartement zelf was kraaknet, met een goede douche en uitstekende matrassen, wat zorgde voor een heerlijk comfortabele nachtrust. Daarnaast was de communicatie met gastvrouw Anita heel vlot en aangenaam. Ze stond altijd klaar om te helpen en was erg vriendelijk. Als we nog eens naar Ellmau gaan, komen we hier zeker terug!
