Exceptional
Great location, ski slope right next to the house, nice view. All clean and designed in one style. Cozy but well equipped. Everything you need in the kitchen. Excellent communication with the owners. Wifi without problems. We really enjoyed our stay here with our family.

We were positively surprised about the apartment. Also the kitchen was fully equipped!
It was very clean and well decorated. It looked like the apartment was recently renovated. Location is really cool! Literally Berghof :) by the Mountain…at the top of Ellmau.
No shelf or commode available near the bed so no place for books, phones, glasses…

Es war ein sehr wunderschöner Urlaub in Ellmau und in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Baumer
In der Wohnung ist eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man zum kochen bzw. um sich zu verpflegen benötigt. Die Matratzen sind bequem, die Inneneinrichtung sehr geschmackvoll, traditionell und hochwertig eingerichtet. Mit den Vermietern hatte ich von der ersten bis zur letzten Nachricht einen sehr kommunikativem Austausch. Auf Anfrage wurde erklärt, warum es im Bad so warm und ob dieses für uns noch erträglich ist. Danke nochmals dafür!! Da wir zu zweit waren, gab es auch genug Staumöglichkeiten. Die Nachricht von Frau Baumer zum Bettwäschen und Handtuchtausch fand ich sehr erfreulich, so das man sich darauf einstellen konnte, das der Reinigungsdienst einen Tag später zu einer bestimmten Zeit vor Ort ist.
Wie von einigen Urlaubern vorher schon erwähnt: das Bad strahlt eine unheimliche Wärme ab. Da wir in unserem Urlaub locker die 30Grad Außentemperaturen geknackt hatten, kam dieses noch hinzu. Aber um ehrlich zu sein, es war noch erträglich. Eine schiebbare Fliegengittertür zum Balkon hin wäre eine gute Investition, da man im Sommer wenigstens die große Glastüre komplett auflassen könnte, wenn man auf dem Balkon oder abends am Tisch sitzt. Ich glaube jeder kennt das Problem :)
