Ideal for couples, with good access to some wonderfully scenery.
The location of the property worked well for us; although not in the centre of Ellmau, it was near enough for us to walk in of an evening, and was at the start of several great walking routes. The property itself was what we expected, and made excellent use design-wise of its relatively limited kitchen-area. Parking was easy and straightforward - this mattered for us as we have an estate/tourer-style vehicle that occasionally causes us problems in rental properties. We had the bottom room that gave us access to an outside grarden area,

Nice quiet location in a small marvellous village in Tirol Alps.
Location was quite good, very quiet. The stay did not include any meals. We had at our disposal a complete appartment with one sleeping room furnished of 80s.
The polish of the shower hub was peeled off and shower hose was cracked. We were missing shower gel, soap and detergents as we are usually used to as well as bags for rubbish.

Mega unkompliziert, absolut vertrauenswürdig, Top Lage
Super ruhige Lage. Ich hatte die Gartenwohnung im Souterrain mit eigener Terrasse und tollem Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Wohnung war absolut funktionell und es hat an nichts gefehlt, absolut perfekt für meine Zwecke. Sehr gern wieder ..... Top Gastgeber :-)
Da gibt es gar nichts zu schreiben. Ok, ab und an verirrt sich mal jemand am Klingeltableau mit dem Finger und drück die falsche Taste und es schellt. Schwamm drüber .... :-)
