Cozy and lovely

Needs a few improvements or a reduction in price.

The bed was comfortable. The view of the Kaiserberg was good, but only an 8/10 due to the house blocking it. Apartment was nicely decorated. With our car it was easy to access many villages and trails.

No separation between the neighboring terraces. When people on either side of the apartment were out on their patio it was very uncomfortable to be on ours,due to closeness and lack of privacy screening. No dark/ black-out curtains on the terrace door/window. Very difficult to sleep past 4 am in July. This issue has been mentioned in other reviews, seems like a fairly easy improvement, but has not been addressed. The heat in the bathroom appears to be on constantly with no way to turn it off. This makes it very uncomfortable during the high temperatures and humidity in July. The kitchen is lacking many small items that would be useful ( sharp knives, sharp cheese grater, colander etc). One night of our stay the neighbors were partying into the wee hours of the morning. The host responded quickly when we told her about it. Even offered us a refund if we decided to check out early. Fortunately the noisy guests left that day.

Keys must be collected in a restaurant quite far away from the apartment. Handover of keys and information a bit rushed. Missing an extractor hood in the kitchen.

Heerlijke studio voor mooi weekje skiën in Ellmau

Perfecte locatie, dicht bij piste

Wij hadden oventje meegenomen voor broodjes. Die bleek er al te zijn

Fantastisch!

Van alle gemakken voorzien, genoeg bestek, servies, schoonmaakmiddel, oventje, magnetron! Daarnaast is het ideaal dat de ski bus bij de parkeerplaats van het appartement stopt. Lopend is het toch al gauw 20 min (berg op😅) Wij hadden een klein probleem met de stroom maar dat werd meteen opgelost! Uiterst aardige verhuurder! Appartement is netjes, bed ligt prima, mooi uitzicht op de Wilder Kaiser

De kussens zijn echt zacht en een nadeel is dat er niet even een raam open kan, behalve de schuifpui dat gaf in de nacht een wat benauwd / warm gevoel.

Nádherné výhledy, filmová a ferratová lokalita

Apartmán byl čistý, hezky a prakticky vybavený, nic nám nechybělo (fotografie na Booking.com odpovídají realitě). Nádobí i vařič je též k dispozici. Hotel je situován na kopci, je z něj nádherný výhled na pohoří Kaisergebirge, kde se nachází mnoho zajištěných cest (ferrat, klettersteig) obtížnosti A-D zejména kolem vrcholu Ellmauer Halt. Dole ve vesnici se nachází restaurace i obchod Spar. Nedaleko je dům, ve kterém se natáčel seriál Doktor z hor (scény u ordinace). Lokalita je skvělá pro pěší výlety a ubytování vám zajistí příjemné zázemí.
