Excellent base for Ellmau skiing
The appartment was very nice, tidy, spaceous, clean, ... It was warm and sufficient space and storage. It had all the equipment we needed, like kettle, microwave, oven,... in the kitchenette. Highly recommended! Near the ski base station of Ellmau and next to a skibus stop. Also only 10 minute walk from Ellmau centre.
The noise of the fan in the bathroom was slightly annoying. We couldn't control the automatic heating ourselves (but it was warm in the appartment). The parking space needed some driving skills when it had snowed as it is slightly up a small ramp/hill. But we don't want to exagerate these negative points, they are extremely minor.

I would definitelly return to this appartment again for our stay in the region.
We went there for skiing. The main ski lift is a walking distance, the same is the village center. The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable with all you need. The owner was very helpful. The area is amazing. It was a very smooth experience. It had an allocated car parking space too, but we traveled by public transport (also very easy to get in/out) due to a car accident a week earlier on the Autobahn in Germany hitting a heard of wild boars at high speed at night.

Comfortabel compact verblijf op rustige locatie nabij piste.
Rustige locatie met parkeermogelijkheid, zeer dicht bij de skipiste. Aangename en behulpzame hosts. Het compacte appartement is heel netjes en comfortabel. Je voelt je er welkom. Op het eerste gezicht is er weinig opbergruimte, maar als je even rondkijkt dan valt dit heel goed mee. Wij verbleven er met drie personen en dat vond ik wel genoeg. Het dorpscentrum ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten wandelen. Je vindt hier geen bijzondere luxe, maar gewoon een degelijk verblijf.

Ein bisschen mehr Stauraum für die Sachen wäre super. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, leider auch ohne Fenster.

Nette kleine und gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Gute Lage, ruhig, angenehme Gastleute, stadtnah, klein aber fein. Super schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Garage konnte für die Ski genutzt werden. Parkplatz am Haus. An Haustechnik ist alles da, was man braucht. Kleine Geschenke gab es zum Empfang, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.
Ein paar mehr Teller, Tassen und Gläser könnten da sein, damit man nicht so oft abspülen muss. Das Bett war sehr weich. Ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Zu zweit nicht schlimm, aber man sollte das wissen, falls man zu dritt ist. Ansonsten alles bestens.
