Nice location near the popular beach, spacious apartment with top quality appliances and clean.

Sunbeds reservation took place from early morning hours, despite the fact the pool opens at 9:00, beds were being reserved at 7 am. Perhaps the host could improve this situation by updating the rules, as some guests left for several hours during lunchtime and blocked others from relaxing by the pool.

The apartment was exceptional, living room and bedroom were very spacious, terrace was huge, we could also open the door to the pool area, which was perfect. The bathroom was very high quality, as well as kitchen. Shower was awesome. Staff is the best, very kind, very welcoming. We really felt like at home.

Hosts are great. Apartments are spacious, well equiped and you basically get everything you need for as long as your stay lasts. They are taking good care of you regarding the cleaning and refilling the consumables like garbage bags, coffee capsules and dishwasher capsules. It doesn't matter whether you have view to pool or forest, entire property is very well situated and the beach is just couple steps away through the small forest next to the beach (like 1 min walk). Great holiday. Great experience

Mooi appartement, smaakvol ingericht, alles was aanwezig. Hygiëne 10/10. Voldoende ligbedden en parasols aan het zwembad. En heerlijke koffie, capsules beschikbaar aan de receptie.

Jammer dat er geen overdekte parking is, en ook dat de parkeerplaatsen niet genummerd zijn. Gebruiksaanwijzing van de toestellen zou handig zijn.

Rustige ligging en ideale uitvalsbasis om Istrië te ontdekken. Goed bereikbaar met de wagen, alle faciliteiten in de nabije omgeving. Op wandelafstand van een prachtig strandje. Niet ver van het idyllische Rovinj.

Alles war großartig- wir kommen gerne wieder! 👍

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Apartment verbracht! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Balkon-Terrasse, auf der man in Ruhe lesen, die Stille genießen und die frische Luft einatmen konnte. Der Pool war traumhaft schön und sehr sauber. Zum Meer waren es nur 2–3 Minuten zu Fuß. Auf Wunsch wurden die Handtücher gewechselt – man hat uns regelmäßig gefragt, ob wir neue möchten. Auch die Reinigung des Apartments wurde durchgeführt. Das Einzige, was vielleicht noch praktisch gewesen wäre: ein oder zwei zusätzliche Pfannen. Aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit. Der Kaffee war sehr lecker – man konnte ihn unbegrenzt an der Rezeption bekommen.

Moderns, liels dzīvoklis. Nodrošināta virtuve, lai varētu gatavot ēst. Laipns un vienmēr pieejams personāls. Tuvu ļoti skaista pludmale, bet tā kā vēl nebijām sezonas laikā, ja vēlējās ēst ārpus mājas jādodas kaut kur ar auto, jo visas vietas pie pludmales slēgtas. Roviņjas pilsēta 10 min ar auto.

Pirms ierādāmies mūs jau brīdināja par remontu un troksni, bet esot uz vietas tas īsti mums netraucēja
