Nice stay, great location

Conveniently located apartment, exceptionally clean and a comfortable stay. The host met me at reception on checkin, and communicated promptly via whatsapp - the best way to make contact. Comfortable mattress and well equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and utensils (no microwave). There is a nice coastal walk heading West as you reach the beach, and a beautiful winery worth heading to nearby, Monte Ricco.

There was very little to not like about the room. My two small suggestions would be investing in good quality pillows (the ones provided were polyester filling and had gone a bit lumpy), and it would have been wonderful to have a bed lamp, as the only light in the bedroom was the main light overhead.

Modern apartment. Best location! Near the beach.

Excellent modern, spacious apartment and great location. This area is outside of Old Town Rovinj and closer to the resorts. Just 10min walk down a path to the beach. There are several beaches you can go to and places to eat by the water. Beach towels provided if you need it. After the beach, we spent time at the beautiful pool. We would stay again here in a heartbeat. Our family loved the apartment and the location.

Clean modern accommodation. Almost all the necessary kitchen items are present. Excellent coffee, lovely pool, easy walk to the beach.

No toaster, no place mats or coasters to protect a lovely table, two salt shakers, no pepper.

Spacious, modern apartment near beach.

We stayed here for 3 nights and wished it was longer. The building and apartments were new and modern, clean and luxurious. Beds and pillows were comfortable, walk in shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Kitchen was fully applianced (except a microwave) and outfitted. The AC units in both bedrooms and the living room/dining room/kitchen area were quiet and effective. Large balcony was great for relaxing with a coffee in the morning or drinks in the afternoon. The pool was clean and wonderful, and there is a nice beach just down the street, a 5 minute walk. Pool towels were provided. Free, private parking was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

It would have been nice to have had an electrical outlet in the second bathroom and/or near the “vanity” area in the bedrooms for hairdryers, etc.

Just excellent

Excellent first impression with the really good working air conditioning and the friendly reception desk. Very clean, high level service, excellent beds (they do care about mattresses). Large TV in the room (although we did not use it). Close to the beach (I am not sure but 200m? 300m? down the street). Close to Rovinj city center (few minutes by car). Very hospitable owner/manager with excellent communication skills and responding to the potential requests. Parking lots available. Swimming pool and a number of sun beds on site

New modern apartment. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Convenient location, short walk to the beach, easy drive to city center. We really liked the pool and the sunbeds.

A great place to spend your vacation in Croatia.

We had a very nice and clean room. The room was small but big enough for the two of us. It was a great place to relax after a long day at one of the beautiful beaches of Rovinj or a trip to the neighboring cities. The room was very modern and always clean and well-equipped with an up-to-date TV. The bathroom was pretty small but with a roomy shower. Moreover, we had access to a terrace and the pool, which was nice too. The staff was always extremely friendly and helpful.

We had nothing to complain about during our stay. Due to the corona pandemic there weren’t as many people as usual, which was good because, overall, it wasn’t very noisy.

Extrem nettes Personal! Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Abends kann man sowohl im Balkon als auch im Pool die Zeit weiter genießen.

Komunikacija s domaćinom bila je na razini. Sve upite rješavaju brzo i učinkovito. Pri dolasku su nas odmah usmjerili na parkirni prostor koji se nalazi neposredno uz objekat. Rezervirali smo studio s malom terasom u prizemlju te smo za vrijeme cijelog boravka imali mir i ugodnu atmosferu. Objekat je u blizini plaže i šetnjice. Jako dobra lokacija. Dodatno bih naglasio kako je cijeli objekat uređen skladno i moderno i od kvalitetnih materijala. (sobe, kupaonica, vanjski bazen). Svaki dan smo uživali u prostoru uz bazen. Da je voda malo toplija (nije grijana) rekao bih da smještaj nema premca za ovo doba godine, ali i ovako zaslužuje izuzetno visoku ocjenu. Da dolazimo ponovno svakako bi bili naš izbor.
