Avec JARDINET sans vis à vis Plein centre ville au RDC 350m de la plage

Bel appart bien situé dans le centre très bonne literie et super douche à l’italienne .. j’ai passé un très bon séjour

Le petit bémol est que l’écoulement de la douche et du lavabo est très lent… et le jardinet est pas entretenu… impossible de s’asseoir tellement c’était sale et rempli de merde de mouette ou pigeon.. dommage qu’il n’y ait pas plus d’entretien de ce côté là…!!

We liked the location, central to market, pubs, cafes, shops. We liked the bathroom and shower, heating and having an outside space, TV.

Chipped mugs in cupboard, an onion sprouting in a bowl, cigarette stubs in the ashtray in garden - cleaning bucket with old sponge marinating in it. Needs a proper clean and lick of paint.

Wonderfully central & quite. Well equipped & nicely decorated.

When we arrived the flat was in darkness, cold with no visible instructions on how to turn on the electricity & heating. During the weekend the heating shut off many times. Then the flat got cold very quickly & there was then no hot water. We contacted the owner & he said we'd set the thermostat to high (without instructions, how would we know) & that he'd send someone to check it out. No-one came. It went off 3 times one night. The duvet was really only a summer weight & the first night it was really cold, luckily there was another duvet in the cupboard that we could put on top. The two towels looked old, small & thin. Hand towels would have been nice. Finally, although the mattress was reasonably comfortable, you could be feel the springs, so a mattress topper would really make a difference.
