Good but we expected to prepare the bed

We used the apartment as a base for a 3-day stay to explore Dieppe. It was the perfect location.

Excellent location, good shower, bathroom facilities. Comfortable beds. Nice to have a balcony.

As pensioners, we are not familiar with the coffee machine - but we do like coffee! It would be good to have some instructions as to what capsules (?) we would need to buy. While we loved the location, the traffic noise could be noisy in the early mornings.

The host was very helpful, she met us as planned at the flat. The flat was light and very clean, it had all the facilities you would need to live there comfortably, including a good range of pots and pans. There is a large freezer compartment above the fridge which is always useful.

The only negative was that the coffee machine was pods and there wasn't a cafetiere or a stove top coffee maker, but if you're staying for a few days then you can just buy pods, we were only there one day so it wasn't worth it.

The apartment is small but comfortable. It is in the city center and close to the beach. The lady waiting with the keys was nice and helpful.

They were and are some weird messages regarding payment. Payment was done as usual via booking credit card, but I was urged to pay again short before our arrival. 10 days after our stay I got another email asking me to pay 2.90 euros because of changes in the booking. This is really weird and should immediately be clarified. Does not seem trustful, but could maybe just a mistake by management. But this should not happen.

The location in the middle of town. The flat was warm and well appointed. Free parking close by on the sea front. Shops very close to the flat.

Spacious comfortable apartment

The apartment has everything you need for short or long stays, well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, large cupboards in the bedroom and in the kitchen. It’s located in the city centre, closed to cafes, shops, and the weekly street market.

It was only a very small inconvenience, a pipe under the sink wasn’t well fitted and we had a minor water leak, but this was easily fixed. The sofa in the living room is not the most comfortable for night sleeping, but for several days stay it was just fine.

Wir würden die Wohnung nicht wieder buchen

Die Gastgeberin Betty war freundlich und hat uns, nach einer kurzen Wartezeit (Wohnung war noch nicht fertig), empfangen und die Schlüssel übergeben. Die Lage ist insofern gut, als dass die Fußgängerzone um die Ecke beginnt und man quasi in 5min in der Stadt und in ca. 10 min am Hafen ist Die Betten waren einfach (Einzelbetten, ich vermute Reisebetten?), aber sehr bequem Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, bis auf eine Schublade in der Küche (Krümel, dreckig) und der Spülschwamm hatte auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Die Dusche ist erfreulicherweise relativ neu und modern und das Bad war auch sehr sauber

Für uns persönlich war die Wohnung enttäuschend - aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen und der Bilder haben wir uns definitiv etwas anderes vorgestellt! Die Lage ist wie gesagt gut bzgl. der Entfernung zur Stadt - ansonsten ist von "calme" keine Rede! Zum Einen sind da die Möwen, welche durch die Nähe zu den Cafés allgegenwärtig sind - Schlafen bei offenem Fenster definitiv unmöglich oder nur mit Ohrstöpsel! Dazu kommt der Verkehr - wir sind zum Glück Sonntags angereist, da war es relativ ruhig und wir konnten unser Auto und die Räder entsprechend in Ruhe parken und ausladen. Ansonsten ist die Straße eine Hauptstraße an der Fußgängerzone vorbei und dementsprechend unter der Woche stark frequentiert, Müllabfuhr um 6.30 Uhr etc. Ohnehin muss das Auto auf einen Parkplatz in Strandnähe (ca. 10min Fußweg, dafür kostenlos) umgeparkt werden; dies wussten wir allerdings vorher und das war auch kein Problem für uns! Wir hatten vorher unsere E-Bikes angekündigt und angefragt, ob es eine Unterstellmöglichkeit gibt, welche auch zugesagt wurde - diese entpuppte sich allerdings als kleine Nische im engen Flur neben Mülltonnen und Kartons, in die wir nur durch Umräumen und Umschichten der Kartons die Fahrräder reinbekommen haben. Das Haus selbst ist sehr alt, nicht gepflegt und der in der Anzeige genannte Balkon besteht aus einem "Steg mit Geländer", total ungepflegt und max eine Stuhlbreite breit. Die Wohnungstür stimmt nicht mit dem Rahmen überein, d.h. auch wenn man abschließt, bleibt ein Spalt von ca. 2cm im unteren Bereich offen. Wir hatten Glück und waren zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes (SO-DI) alleine im Haus - ab Dienstag wurde das Geschäft im EG (Wohnung ist im 1. OG, über eine steile Treppe) wieder geöffnet. Die Inhaberin raucht und nutzt den Flur im EG und ein kleines Appartement dort als Raucherzimmer - dementsprechend ist der ganze Flur verqualmt und der Rauch zieht nach oben!

Betty a été très arrangeante et bienveillante envers nous, ce fût très appreciable et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité du centre ville, de la mer, de la gare. Le logement est propre, agréable et beaucoup de choses sont mises à notre disposition. Je reviendrais à coup sûr

Emplacement, jolie déco, lits confortables, grande douche, grande chambre. Luminaire insuffisant, beaucoup de vis à vis (pas de voilage aux fenêtres), tapis et couette canapé tachés, odeur désagréable tenace dans l'appartement (cigarette?), pas de dosette café, ni sel poivre

L’emplacement est parfait! Tout est adapté, moderne, propre et confortable. On était sois le charme! L’hôte Betty est franchement adorable : hâte de revenir!

Hôte disponible et très arrangeant .Appartement en plein centre ville et proche de la mer .Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Bon rapport qualité /prix .

Un seul petit détail , pour nous il manque un voilage pour isoler du vis à vis dans la journée .
