The staff really made this place. You can tell that the Manager has really taken good care to Teacher staff and unusually high-level of C Customer Service. They're very sweet.

The only improvements I could possibly suggest are really too ridiculous to suggest 😆 Just re the locations of light switches and sockets. But that's the Building, and this Lovely little company has made everything else really superb.

From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel so welcome. They helped with our luggage from the taxi and up to our room, as well as providing so much information about the local area, where to go, and what to do. We had breakfast included with our room, you get a choice of four hot dishes as well as bottomless orange juice, tea, coffee, cookies, hot chocolate, yoghurt and more. You can also order an enhanced brunch from the hotel cafe for an additional charge (or if breakfast not included in your stay), these dishes are as beautiful as they are tasty!! The decor in the building is immaculate! You feel like you've walked onto the set of Bridgerton, each detail hand selected. Perfect for a girls trip or a relaxing couples stay. We travelled with a two year old and the large bedroom room was perfect, plenty of space to run around and the bed was large enough for the 3 of us. Location is quiet and excellent for walking throughout the Old Town.

The building only has stairs (no lift), so if you have a stroller or wheelchair it may not be suitable.

Location was decent and staff were helpful. Breakfast was okay.
