    It was my first time in Chiang Mai, and I wanted to find a hotel that wasn't too far from airport, was right next to big road, and easy access to many good restaurant or food stalls, and this hotel was exceeding my expectations. With discounted price, I got a free upgrade because I requested a big bed, and I loved it. The bathroom was clean and had a good accoustic if you want to be a bathroom singer. If you want them to clean the room, simply put the sign on your door before 3 PM. The downside was my room faced the road, so you can hear the noises from the road, but it's what to be expected when you book for a hotel that is right next to a big road. And the noise is still acceptable, as I always slept so soundly after spending my days exploring Chiang Mai. If I have the chance to visit Chiang Mai again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again for the great value of money and convenient location.

    The hotel is old, not very clean. The cleaners never cleaned the floor the whole 5 days i was there. The bed was so stiff.. i would recommend it only for a day or two..
