About this apartment rental
Exclusive apartment (completion Dec 2015) - with luxury equipment in a top location by Rottach-Egern (60sqm / 12 sqm balcony), with 1 bedroom, ideal for 2 people.
Look forward to an exclusive holiday apartment with Upper Bavarian charm. They have 60 square meters of living space, a nice balcony about 12 square meters and a beautiful view of the Wallberg. Of course, Internet and other amenities are available.
The very high number of guests who are visiting us for the second and third time (2017) certainly speaks for the high comfort factor of the apartment and location.
A few facts in brief:
• Exclusive, quiet top location and only about 300m to the center!
• 500 sqm SW garden for sole use in the 3 room. Ground floor apartment
• 12 sqm south balcony in the 2 room. Upper floor apartment with a view of the Wallberg
• Lift from KG to DG, the lift can be reached without steps,
• No thresholds for house and apartment entrance doors over 2cm,
• Fully equipped kitchen unit with kitchen appliances from Siemens / Miele,
• microwave, pots, pans, cutlery and coffee machine,

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Suite mit allem, was man im Urlaub so benötigt um sich wohlfühlen zu können. Auch die Möglichkeit, in der Tiefgarage sein Fahrzeug abzustellen, mit dem Aufzug bequem das Gepäck zur Suite zu transportieren, sei positiv erwähnt.
