About this apartment rental
Am Tegernsee is located in the middle of a dreamlike landscape. With its exclusive villages, this part of Germany offers the best conditions for a unique stay. The centrally located apartment is on the ground floor and offers 52qm living space, space for 2 pers. The comfortable, lovingly furnished apartment goes far beyond a standard rental. It was renovated / modernized in 2016. From the living room you reach the terrace / garden, where especially the summer invites the cozy lounge to relax. The living room is equipped with a modern dining set as well as a cozy sofa. The location is also ideal, as it is close to numerous restaurants and shops and yet is very quiet. It is only 10 minutes walk to the lake or the shopping street. The apartment is located between Rottach Egern and Bad Wiessee. You will love my accommodation because of: the cosiness, the view, the calm and the location. My accommodation is good for couples and single travelers. Of course you can park your car on our parking space.

This was a lovely little apartment in such a fantastic area. We are in the region for medical treatments and this was the perfect place to escape the day to day and recharge our batteries. Beds are wonderful, porch delightful. Lovely bright bathrooms. And everything you need in the tight little kitchen. Our host and the apartment were terrific!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung gehabt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt in ruhiger Lage und hat bequeme Betten. Kurze Wege zum Supermarkt, dem See und in die Innenstadt. Alles in allem perfekt für uns!

Es war ein sehr schöner, entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub. An der Wohnung war nicht zu beanstanden. Alles war vorhanden, selbst Kaffee und gerade zu Coronazeiten Desinfektionsmittel und FFP-Masken. Super.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Bei der Anreise waren wir zunächst etwas überrascht, dass diese sich in einem eher zweckmäßigen Mehrfamilienhaus befand. Nach dem Betreten wandelte sich dieser Eindruck sofort. Als neu und sehr edel eingerichtet. Besonders schön war es, auf den Schaukelstühlen auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Ausblick auf den "Hausberg" zu genießen. Wenn es etwas kühler war, dann auch unter dem Heizstrahler. Bei einem nächsten Besuch werden wir die Wohnung bestimmt wieder besuchen.
