About this house rental

House ARIA (comes from AnnemaRIA :-) has 130 m² distributed in: Ground floor: large bathroom with toilet and bath, entrance hall, kitchen, large living room, winter garden with passage to the garden with seating and sunbathing possibilities, barbecue. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (double beds) with balcony, 1 office, 1 conservatory, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower. Views of the surrounding mountains and gardens. The house can accommodate 12 people if required (please inquire) otherwise there are 3 bedrooms and a living room with a pull-out sofa. For celebrations we can offer our wine cellar (for up to 40 people) in the Fasslreiter (3 minutes walk away) for a fee (please inquire).

Since 2010 there are apartments "Fasslreiter". Now comes a holiday home "Aria". We look forward to continue to be in the house your hosts. Annemaria Klinger and Bernd Schwimmbeck

From the house itself go hiking and biking trails. A bus stop and a children's playground are in the immediate vicinity. The nearby Achensee invites you to swim, boat / boat drive.

Das Haus war ganz nach unseren Wünschen. Super sauber und extrem gut ausgestattet. In sonstigen Ferienunterkünften mußten wir bisher immer sparsam mit Geschirr und Gläsern umgehen. Das war hier überhaupt nicht notwendig. Alles war in Mengen vorhanden. Auch Handtücher und Artikel wie Toilettenpapier oder Geschirrspültabs waren in ausreichender Menge da, was auch nicht unbedingt der Regelfall ist. Die Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und unaufdringlich. Also ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Umgebung.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr groß, verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Es ist alles vorhanden inkl. komplett eingerichteter Küche mit Backofen, Eierkocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler. Alles ist sehr sauber. Für 6 Personen ausreichend Platz. Im Garten sind Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiter. Vielen Dank für alles!! Sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastwirtin. Spätere Abreise sehr unkompliziert möglich. Ferienwohnung mit viel Freiraum und genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten. Sehr schöner, gemütlicher Wintergarten im EG und im 1. Stock. Super Austattung in Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Bad im EG und Dusche im 1. STOCK sind top und alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Genügend Platz für Skier und Skistiefel. Wg. guter Heizung ist am nächsten Tag alles trocken. Sehr ökologische Abfalltrennung. Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
