The apartment with 130m2 is located in the renovated former Stadl our farmhouse 1730 built shortly before the Tegernsee. The spacious apartment has an open-plan living room with dining area, open kitchen, sitting area with TV / radio / CD, tiled stove, stairs to the gallery with a double bed, separate hallway to the bedroom and bathroom. You reach the apartment in 1. Floor above a separate entrance on the ground floor with hallway and cloakroom area.
Shopping facilities are in Gmund a, 3.5 km away. Tegernsee and can be reached by car in about 7 minutes, the Tegernsee can be reached in about 10 minutes. by car or about 20min. by bicycle. Directly in front of the house runs the Münchner Seenradwanderweg and in winter a cross-country ski run.
Munich is about 35km away and can be reached via the Munich AB Salzburg or the Bavarian Oberlandbahn from Warngau to the main train station Munich in 35 minutes for cultural excursions or shopping.

Beautiful apartment in the countryside about 35 minutes south of Munich. Host is a charming lady, apartment had everything we needed. Old structure renovated with modern appliances and amazing woodwork. Will stay here again when in Munich.

The property was very clean with a great shower and comfortable bed. The kitchen was well-equipped with appliances in excellent condition. The home is in a rural area and provided a fun opportunity to walk country lanes and experience Bavarian farm life!
