The apartment is perfectly situated between Rottach-Egern and Tegernsee, you can reach Rottach-Egern on foot and Tegernsee by bus (stop 200 meters away) for free within 5 minutes.
Both destinations are also easily accessible by bike, and you can walk or bike along the Höhenweg trail all the way to Gmund.
