Our 2.5-room newly built vacation apartment is located in the center of Rottach-Egern, just a few minutes’ walk from the lakefront. It’s part of an exclusive, small building that blends tradition and modernity, with only 7 residential units. With 55 square meters of space, the vacation apartment offers an idyllic temporary home for up to 2 people—and dogs are welcome, too.


Built as if it were our own home, you’ll find a ground-floor apartment with step-free access, featuring custom-built cabinetry, large natural stone tiles, hardwood parquet flooring, a Nordic sauna with infrared and changing colored lights, large windows opening onto an 18-square-meter south-facing terrace, and an underground parking space for your car (up to 2 meters in height). An elevator takes you from the underground garage to the ground-floor apartment without getting your feet wet.


Go hiking in the surrounding mountains or explore the extensive network of trails by bike. There’s a wide range of recreational activities, from downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and tobogganing in the winter to swimming in the lake, sailing, rowing, stand-up paddleboarding, or kiteboarding/surfing in the summer. Golf courses and tennis courts are located in the immediate vicinity, as are exclusive shopping options and outstanding restaurants. Thanks to the apartment’s central location, the lakefront promenade and shops for daily necessities are just a few minutes’ walk away.
