About this house rental
This beautiful property is located in the Kordere district of Kalkan, some 3.5 km from the centre, and has a capacity for two guests.
The view from the villa is magnificent, with an undisturbed panorama across Kalkan Bay and beyond. These views can be enjoyed from throughout the villa and from the pool terrace where there is an alfresco dining area with BBQ. Designed with honeymoon couples in mind, the pool area is completely unseen from outwith the villa. The outdoor pool, (8 x 3.5 metres depth 1.5 metres), extends into the villa, and a section can be closed off by remote control making it indoors. There is also a remote controlled blind feature here. In the cooler months guests may take advantage of the pool heating facility , the charge of which is 1500 Turkish lire per day..This makes this an ideal choice for those guests looking to come in the cooler months of the year. Please note that this pool can be heated to approximately 28 degrees centigrade depending on the ambient air temperature, so it is NOT hot as such. Guests wishing for this pool to be heated should inform us at least 2 days before their arrival in order for it to be able to reach the maximum temperature by that time.
The open plan design includes a lounge and kitchen area , all well-equipped to maximize guests enjoyment. In addition to these there are a Turkish Bath and Sauna within the villa, where guests can relax and pamper themselves. A new addition for 2021 is a jacuzzi bath.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, has wi-fi internet , and a garage for the use of guests. There are two supermarkets approximately 750 metres from the villa .
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .

Fantastic property, 5 min taxi ride into Kalkan harbour. Stunning views by day and night from the property and amazing sunset views every night. The lovely host even delivered a basket full of fruit and homemade cake to our villa. Was made very welcome.

The Villa was beautiful and the views were amazing. Everything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed a mixture of time in the Villa and the rest we got a taxi to take us out and about. There was a shop that took about 10 minutes to walk (steep hill) for fresh bread and drinks etc. would definitely come again.

A beautiful villa high up with stunning views of Kalkan. The villa is set up for couples in mind so you get complete privacy. The location is very safe and the property secure. Communication with the host was always available if we had any questions while were there. Amazing pool, jacuzzi, sauna, turkish bath...what more could you want. Faultless
