Kelebek Apartments

Понравилось расположение - очень удобно, все рядом. Магазины, центр города.

Если писать именно про наш номер на 1 этаже: хотелось бы видеть душевую перегородку в сан узле.

- Lage - Sehr bequeme Betten - Dachterrasse mit Ausblick aufs Meer - Eine recht neue funktionierende Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer - Man hört nichts von anderen Gästen - Täglicher Zimmerservice inkl. Tausch der Handtücher und nach einigen Tagen Angebot, Bettwäsche zu wechseln. Fanden wir aus u.a. umwelttechnischen Gesichtspunkten mit (täglich) nötig

- Apartment nicht vergleichbar mit den Bildern der sehr schicken Einrichtung, die man hier auf booking.com findet (nehme an, die Appartments, die keinen Meerblick haben, haben die schönere Einrichtung) - Kurz vor 9, wenn man in den Pool darf, wird in diesen frisch Chlor (weißes Pulver..) geschüttet. - Eine sehr alte Klimaanlage in der Küche, die tropft und zeitweise brummt (brummen gab sich, tropfen wurde zügig behoben) - Auf die Auflagen auf den Liegen möchte man sich nicht legen… sollten mal ordentlich gewaschen werden. - Boden in der Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können - Nachts keine Beleuchtung an der Treppe zur Eingangstür - Eine Steckdose, deren Abdeckung fehlt (gefährlich, falls man mit Kindern unterwegs ist!) - Nicht genug Geschirr für potentielle 3 Gäste

Апартаменты стильные, все сделано аккуратно и с заботой владельца. Все как на фото. Все необходимые удобства есть. Уборка и чистое белье каждый день. Красивая территория, чистый бассейн. Очень удобное расположение. До основных достопримечательностей 5 минут ходьбы. Рядом магазины, рестораны, пекарни. Удобная и всегда свободная парковка рядом. Нам было очень приятно провести отпуск в таком замечательном месте! Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Такого не было

The room itself was nice and clean.

I had requested to try and get in early as arriving early with kids if possible and happy to pay extra but was told not able to accommodate which was fine so we killed time at the beach and arrived up at 3.45pm to get out room. No one was about apart form the maids who let me talk to the Owner/Manager on the phone, he was very rude and abrupt, I have lived in Turkey before and speak a little bit of Turkish and I have never came across such rudeness in the country. We eventually got into out room at 4.15 after having to sit in the heat waiting. No fault of the maids. They worked hard to try and get us in. We had no body to show us anything no Wifi code only 2 toilet rolls left for 3 people for 2 days stay. There was no one at the apartments at all. The pool did not look like it was clean so we didn't go there at all. We stayed that night and still no staff about at all. I phoned a number the next day I had from booking.com and got the WIFI at last. The room itself was grand but the hospitality was 0 and I had aske the guy when I was on the phone if he could come the next morning as I wanted to pay in cash and could he order us a Taxi for our bus. He said he would but never showed up nor did the Taxi.
