About this villa rental
Villa Alarahan is a beautifully furnished villa with own private heated pool, and is perfectly located in the heart of Kalkan Old Town. Just one minute walk will take you into the very centre of Kalkan where you will find local restaurants, bars, galleries, shops and nearby are supermarkets, banks and other facilities. No taxis needed for the journey home! The beach and harbour are just a minute or two further down the hill.
The villa comprises of a master bedroom with super king size bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed (can be separated into 2 singles) and en-suite bathroom. Comfortable lounge area with a large dining table, fast Wifi and Sky TV too. Both bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer heat. A hairdryer, pool and bath towels are provided for you during your stay leaving you plenty of suitcase room to fill up with local crafts, clothing and accessories from the array of shops right on the doorstep.
The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of tableware, cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, fresh water dispenser, fresh coffee machine and coffee grinder, and we make sure the basics like salt, pepper, tea, instant coffee, fresh drinking water, washing up liquid and bin bags etc are provided so you can get straight on with your holiday. There is a convenient toilet on the ground floor too.
The outside area has very pretty walled courtyard with stunning bougainvillea and features a crystal clear 6m x 4m private heated pool, 4 comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, dining area and BBQ. Villa Alarahan has breathtaking mountain and sea views from both the courtyard and the roof terrace. There are inflatables for fun in the sun too. The roof terrace with its stunning views over the town and of course the mountains and the sea has a dining table and comfortable sofas to relax on. We have a washing machine in the upstairs laundry area for your use. Sleeping 4 people comfortably, we also have an additional child size mattress that can be used in one of the 2 bedrooms if you require to accommodate an additional little one.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Alarahan in Kalkan! The location was absolutely perfect for our family — close to everything we needed yet peaceful and private. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and had all the amenities we could have asked for.A special thank you to Laura, who was an amazing host — friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We were in town for our wedding, and staying in such a lovely, perfectly located villa made our whole experience even more special.We’d highly recommend Villa Alarahan to anyone visiting Kalkan — it truly exceeded our expectations!

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this villa. It is just a minute walk from the prettiest street in the old town, which is full of great restaurants and bars. We loved the very generous welcome basket, the slick airport transport arrangements, the pristine pool, the authentic feel of this lovely Turkish town house, the comfy beds and the view of the sunset from the roof terrace. Even though it was on the edge of busy night life, the villa was quiet, safe and spotlessly clean.

We had the most amazing holiday in Kalkan and Villa Alarahan was the perfect base for our family in the heart of the old town. The villa is equipped with everything you need and Laura is on hand to answer any questions and provide advise. We very much hope to return.

Great location, cold, damp not particularly equipped for a winter stay… dryer which we really could have used was a rusty metal clothes rack.
One extra blanket in the whole place… during a storm rain poured in through various closed windows
