From the moment we arrived we absolutely loved our time at Kalamaki Flats! Ferhan and her team were incredibly welcoming, we arrived to warm smiles and a lovely welcome pack in the fridge, including homemade biscuits. The flat itself was incredibly clean and so well equipped with everything you could need. The terrace was also lovely and we enjoyed our breakfasts there daily and some wine before we made our way out for dinner. I’ve been to Kalkan many times and this was the best location I’ve stayed in, you were literally a road away from old town. Thank you so much again for a great stay, I’m sure we’ll be back!

The property is extremely new and well kept property, unbelievably clean, roughly three minutes walk from a crystal clear beach and in the heart of kalkan , minutes from the restaurants and shops.
The host is excellent and will kindly cater for your every need . The reception on arrival was the best we have ever had .
We didn't want to leave this beautiful place. Keep up the great work and we hope to see you again!

Wellcoming has been fantastic I felt speechless for the kindness and all the items that they deserve to you. Flats are very clean, well designed and super furnished. There is more than you need! Position is very close to the main beach and not so far from the bus stop to reach Kaputas and Kas.
You can find in the upper floor a nice terrase wher guest can relax and taste their drink or enjoy the sunset. We felt like in a family, comunication was good and quick. I recommend 100%
