Spacious Villa in Quiet Location Set in Beautiful Patara Prince Resort.

We had a lovely time. The villa is at the top of Patara Prince which makes it convenient for the small Tempa supermarket which is a minute away. You can walk into the old town in about 15 minutes which we did most evenings. There are a lot ofsteps at the development so if that would be a challenge then parses Prince is not for you. However the steeply sloping site is what gives everyone a stunning view and the whole development is really green with beautiful trees and planting with flowers everywhere and really V well maintained. The kitchen is perfectly well kitted out with a large fridge and there are two BBQs! we spent most of our days by the waters edge on the swimming platforms but there are swimming pools too if you’d prefer. We didn’t rate the food in the restaurant close to the pools - pretty uninspiring and not cheap for what it was. Though a good spot for a cold drink. We jumped on the shuttle bus at lunchtime and popped back up to the villa for lunch which suited us much better. It’s a five minute walk back down to the sea. Everyone in the resort is charming and helpful with lovely housekeeping staff. There are a lot of cats around but if you ignore/don’t feed them they are no bother at all. We found the lack of wifi in the house was the only negative. We would hope to come again and would highly recommend This villa. I think it would be a bit cosy for six as the third bedroom is pretty tiny (fine for small children) but perfect for two or four guests.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely fantastic! The house was not only beautiful but also had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting, thanks to the friendly people at Patara Prince and Kalkan. Geoff, the villa’s lovely and thoughtful owner, made sure we had everything we could possibly need. We felt so fortunate to stay here. I especially adored the friendly cats that would visit the terrace—it was such a charming touch :) The villa was the perfect place to unwind, with breathtaking views. Great stay. Property prices very fairly. Wonderful open plan downstairs with large balcony. With a good size master bedroom with en suite. Other two bedrooms we didn’t use but both had two single beds in. Very good value for money. And location well placed for access to zest beach club. Taxi ride into main old town just 100TL and always arrived within 1 minutes.

We had been to a different villa in the resort last year and decided to stay at Geoff's villa this time and that was the right choice. The villa has better views and much better laid out. Geoff's pricing strategy makes the place a great value for money. We were 4 adults and toddler and my tow elder sons joined us for week too. We all loved our stay at Geoff's place and he dealt with a couple of minor issues we had very quickly.
