Beautifully decorated, modern apartment in a great location (20-25 minute walk into Kalkan, 5 minute walk to Kalamar or Kulube Beach Club, 5 minute walk to local restaurants and supermarket). Amazing sea views from the balcony, pool area was clean and well maintained. Powerful A/C in living area and bedrooms which was brilliant! Host was responsive and quick to help with questions throughout our stay. The neighbourhood also felt really safe.
It didn’t impact our stay, but the kitchen could have been slightly better equipped with basic essentials (e.g. dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel, hand soap, surface cleaner, bin bags). We had to buy a lot of kitchen items, which is a little inconvenient when only staying for 6 days.

1. The only disadvantage of the apartment is the internet connection. It works from terrace and living room only and even this connection is very slow

Location great, lovely views. The beds are very comfortable and the bed linen was soft and cosy (good for January weather). It was a simple but spacious apartment with a lovely balcony.
There should be a wardrobe to hang clothes in the one bedroom (there's just a cupboard in there so I could not hang dresses etc) while the other bedroom had a hanging rail but no drawers (for t shirts, underwear etc).
There are 2 very steep steps down into the living area, which I found difficult to manage, so maybe a small handrail would make it safer. These things can be easily remedied so did not spoil our visit there.

Stunning spacious apartment. Great facilities. Clean. Beautiful views, with amazing sunsets. Supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and coffee shops. Beach club at bottom of the hill. Parking outside, I would suggest hiring a car to see things yourself rather than going on the tours - lots of things to see and do. Merve (owner) was so nice, she was really attentive to all our queries.
We liked everything.
Only thing I would say is we went off-season (first week of November), we didnt do our research properly so didnt realise tourist season ends on 29 Oct and construction season starts on 02 Nov (or similar). The area was very very quiet and there was a bit of construction noise but nothing that ruined our holiday - it was completely our fault for not realising.
