About this house rental
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is a tropical paradise. Totally new renovation with a tropical setting, spacious private yard and pool deck area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Designer decorated, the comfortable living spaces are inviting and will make you feel welcome. The living room and bedrooms all have their own large HDTV televisions and wifi internet.The master bedroom has king size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. The third bedroom has a queen bed with the full bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The private pool is heated and surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. Located in the Cove it is only 2 miles from the beach, fishing pier and seaside village. There are many restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores and shopping including Target. It is 30 minutes away from City Place in West Palm Beach, Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Las Olas Blvd shopping area and the malls of Fort Lauderdale and 15 minutes from all the Boca Raton shopping and restaurants.

Clean, modern home with very comfortable beds and a quiet, private backyard. The main issues were that the pool was often dirty from the palm trees and only lukewarm, and the shower water, especially in the master bedroom, was also never hot. Communication with the host was prompt, but not very solution-oriented, and the tone sometimes came across as dismissive, especially when we reported that the BBQ was not working despite confirming before arrival that it was in working order. We raised the issue early on the day we had guests, but help (a neighbour) arrived after 8 p.m., after dinner was already over. It's fine for a short stay if you will be out most of the time like we did, but I wouldn't choose it as my main vacation rental in this area.

The pool was very enjoyable. very clean home . There are some plumbing issues otherwise very comfortable home. I would have liked the patio area to have been blown off. Nice to sit out there but would have liked it cleaner on the outside

The backyard alone made the stay worth it. It was a private tropical oasis with the pool and the palm trees offering complete privacy. The home was lovely with the 3 bed/baths and the open living room/dining room/ kitchen set up was well apportioned. The central location put us close to everything we wanted. Whenever we reached out to Basil he was always quick in responding and took care of our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Well decorated, spacious living with thought put into each room. There was a couple of things which could do with being improved / better maintained but nothin that would ruin a stay. We had notified the host of these separately. We found the pool well heated and private and the kitchen very well equipped. It was close to target and the neighbourhood was nice. Would stay again for sure.
