Intracoastal Dream Home Near Beach W/ Private Pool/Dock/Martha Stewart Kitchen

Three generation family vacation with our Son, Daughter-In-Law and their two children ages 14 and 12. We all loved this property! Chris, the owner, and Rhonda, the Property Manager, were always available and eager to answer even the most mundane questions. When you arrive and walk in the front door you are immediately entranced by the amazing water views of the canal and pool from the spacious open concept Great Room/Sitting Room/Kitchen; likewise from the glass sliders in the master bedroom. There was also lots of privacy with 3 queen bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A fully equipped “cook’s” kitchen allows for fun family outdoor dining by the pool. None of us could get enough of the large Pool and a beautifully updated pool deck. Our grandkids also really enjoyed the diving board. We also enjoyed watching boats along the canal headed to the intracoastal waterway -- a great way to start and end the day! Deerfield Beach, one of the nicest beaches along the South Florida coast, is only a 5 minute ride. My wife and I walked the Deerfield Beach paved promenade every morning at sunrise. A little piece of HEAVEN. We will definitely be back!

We are planning to retire soon to Florida and wanted to get a feel for the area and view houses. The facilities and location are great. We had the unique experience of sitting at the dining room table and watching a huge yacht go by in the canal. The house spoiled us because a result of staying here we have decided to up our purchase budget to get a waterfront home.

Everything was great from the start! Property was exactly as pictured, open concept, and fantastic view! Pool was large and perfect for relaxing in a float! The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need from pots and pans to spices and condiments. Made it super easy for cooking! Great location and close to everything! Would definitely stay again!

The house was great. The location was excellent. Close to stores and restaurants while being in a very nice neighborhood. The house was very well stocked with towels, bed linens, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

We love our stay. The house is well appointed, comfortable, spacious, and features all the amenities one could need and more. The neighborhood is lovely and I miss my walks in the area. The house is right on the canals surrounded by beautiful homes and friendly neighbors. It's close to everything (Target, Wallmart, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and the 95 Highway). The owners were super responsive and communicative and generously lent me their kayak to enjoy a couple of trips on the canals. We'd definitely look to rent the property again on a future trip.

We totally enjoyed our stay! Mermaid house was perfect! We didn’t have to go anywhere! I think we sat by the pool 90% of our time at Lighthouse Point. The pool overlooking the canal was awesome. We felt safe walking around the family neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. We hope to be back again someday! When we travel, we stay at 5 star hotels but due to covid we opted to rent a home. We were not disappointed. This house was the equivalent of a 5 star hotel stay. We spent most of the days in the pool watching the yachts pass by. Our 7 year old caught his first fish from the back yard dock. The house is well appointed consisting of wonderful kitchen, updated bathrooms, comfortable furniture and all the creature comforts.Lighthouse Point and this neighborhood are terrific.Convenient to great restaurants and attractions. The owner, Chris and his sister were very responsive to our needs and a strong desire to make our stay memorable. We would stay here again and highly recommend this home.Two recommended highlights-McCarthy's wildlife sanctuary near Jupiter and Kaluz restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale(if you like to dine on fine food while watching mega- yachts sail by)REQUEST OUTDOOR PATIO.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood. The pool and patio area is beautiful and large in size. It was nice to have two living room areas to relax in inside the house. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with all that one needs to cook. We had a relaxing vacation.

Imagine your stress floating away while relaxing on a waterfront pool toy. Imagine no more! We rented this oasis and experienced total relaxation. The owners provided a great list of recommended restaurants along a super tranquil setting. Highly recommend!

This is my 4th time renting this home. The home is spotless. Every amenity you could possibly imagine. The view is amazing. We travel to Florida to visit our Son who resides in Deerfield Beach. This is the sixth time we have stayed at this house and it won't be the last - we have already booked for August! Chris has always been a dream to work with and we are really impressed with the improvements he has made to the house since we our first visit.

This is my 3rd stay at this home. My youngest Son lives close by and the location is perfect! The owner Chris is always so accommodating. The home is sparkling clean and well stocked. The view is amazing! We love to fish and always catch many fish that we’re able to cook up for dinner. This last trip we caught a huge snapper, a two foot red drum fish, and a few catfish. This home is so beautiful that we actually booked our last stay upon the availability of the home. I will never book anywhere else because there’s just no reason to. Spacious house with 3 beds/3 baths. Can’t beat the outdoor space with its fabulous view of the canal & the beautiful pool. No need to buy anything because the house is so well stocked. Great owners too. Unpack your bags & enjoy!!

Lovely area in quiet neighborhood. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio for morning coffee next to the relaxing view of the canal. Home is comfortable, clean and well stocked, and close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had and nice to work with. Would definitely stay here again when we feel the need to escape the cold northeast!

We spent Thanksgiving here, and the home was lovely - very clean, well stocked with sheets, towels, and kitchen equipment. The pool deck and dock have recently been refinished, and are very nice.

This is our 2nd stay at this home. Everything was perfect. We absolutely love this home. Our youngest resides in Florida and loves to fish. He and his friends caught a ton of fish off the back dock. The home is clean and stocked with everything you need. The back yard is your own private oasis and we spent most of our time there. We will forever book this home everytime we stay. This house is conveniently located in a pleasant neighborhood. The facilities are excellent and the laundry room off one of the bedrooms was not a problem for us - after all, we do any laundry when we get up, not when we go to bed. Chris is a pleasure to deal with and when things have needed to be addressed during previous visits, he has arranged for remedial action to take place without delay.

This house is absolutely amazing!!! From the moment I entered the property I could smell the cleanliness in the air. It was so nice to get out of a shower and not have to worry about putting socks on immediately so your feet don’t turn black. I’ve stayed at homes that appear clean but they don’t deep clean them and I never worry about saving a buck when it comes to where I’m sleeping. This home was spotless!! You won’t have to worry about having little ones that crawl around on the floor. The view from the yard was absolutely stunning. The house was stocked to the gills with every amenitiey you could imagine. This will be my 1st time staying in a home that I didn’t have to spend hundreds stocking the home on toiletries, paper goods, clothes soap and other necessities. I didn’t have 1 issue where I had to contact the owner during my stay. There was even some non perishables and drinks in the refrigerator from the previous guest. Usually the owners or cleaners empty it out for themselves before your arrival. The beds were extremely comfortable in every bedroom and so were the seating areas in both living rooms. There are also TVs in the living room and each bedroom. We had 6 adults staying there at one time and there was plenty of room to fit us all comfortably even if we needed some alone time. The owner was quick to respond on any questions and sent me all instructions and information before my check in. There was even detailed instructions for the home and surrounding area on the refrigerator when I arrived. They even allowed us a 5pm checkout on our last day due to our later flight. I am extremely picky on where I am staying and I could not find 1 thing wrong with this home. It went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much Chris! We will definitely be booking again!!

We have stayed in this house several times now and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The house meets all our needs and the renovation carried out last year just adds a touch of class. Chris is a very responsive owner and if there are any issues has them taken care of right away. We will be back in August for the second time this year, which says it all!

We just loved this property! The home is updated and nicely decorated, plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was a pleasant surprise to have so many items already stocked when arrived, from paper products to soap, shampoo and lotions. Even non perishables left from other renters. I haven't experienced that before in a rental. We spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the pool or just relaxing, watching the boats and paddle boarders on the canal. It is close to Deerfield beaches and restaurants as well as Boca Raton's. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Chris for sharing your beautiful home, Denise

This is our second year renting here & we’ve already booked it again for next year. The house has 3 beds & 3 baths & is fully stocked with everything you might need. We rented for a month & absolutely love the house & the backyard with its wonderful pool & gorgeous location on the canal. Minutes from multiple beaches, shopping & restaurants. Love the Lighthouse Point location.

We love Lighthouse Point & have rented here several times but have never rented a house on the canal. This house has a fabulous backyard view & that made our stay really unforgettable! The house was so well stocked, thanks Chris, that we barely had to buy anything. Plus the fact that it has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms was a great bonus (hard to find)! Enjoyed our month immensely & will be back next year.
