The house was in a good location, spacious, and clean. I called the first morning we were here and left a message with guest services (the number given to me in the check-in email) that the coffee maker (Keurig) didn't work, but didn’t hear back from anyone until receiving a text from Val the day before we checked out (3 days later) asking what time we would be leaving the next day. We had to go out and purchase coffee every morning (even though we had purchased kcups the day we arrived not realizing the Keurig wouldn’t be working). Val offered to bring a new coffee maker we could use the morning we were leaving, but we ended up getting coffee on our way out of town. We were not able to get some lights & fans to work properly in the bedrooms. The linens (both bath towels and sheets) are very poor quality (stained, pilling, bottom sheet elastic so stretched it would not stay on the mattress overnight). The closet door in the primary bedroom was off track and immovable, making the primary closet inaccessible during our stay. We could never get the ice maker in the kitchen refrigerator to make ice. Despite these things, our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and fishing in the canal. Just not sure that we would rent this particular house again.

We rented this house last year and enjoyed our visit. The small things that were wrong with the house last year still exist, no one is checking the general condition. The cost last year was also much lower and as Canadians converting our dollar to US$, with the Canadian dollar at an all time low, currently, this rental is too expensive. We enjoyed the pool and the location on the inland waterway. Generally, we had no problem with the management of the property.

Our family of five stayed here in August for two weeks. This property was incredible for many reasons: lots of room, comfortable bedrooms/living rooms/and furniture, great kitchen w/two fridges, three separate outdoor spaces, quiet canal views, great pool and lounging. We appreciated the welcome basket (sunscreen, snacks, coffee, dishwasher pods, etc) and that we didn't need to buy those basics.
No rough edges with the property (and our family has stayed at many vacation properties). Very upscale neighborhood and close to any grocery/shopping/restaurants.
The pool is perfectly sized and was big enough for all of us. And the pool lounging area is huge...loved the loungers and couches with shade.
Our contact Val, reached out to us before and during our stay. She responded right away to any questions we had. She was awesome.
