Escape to this spacious and updated vacation rental home, perfect for both leisure and business trips. Fully stocked kitchen, close to beaches, restaurants, casino, and shopping. Minutes from Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Ft Lauderdale. Ample parking for friends and family. All are welcome to enjoy this private and comfortable oasis!
Central location- Lovely and Inviting open layout home. Features huge backyard with Impressive landscaping, Deck w/table & 6 chairs, Sunshade, and BBQ grill. Very good home for large families and/or entertainment. Visit some of the best beaches in Florida!
The layout: Front door opens up to a formal foyer with shoe storage and seating. Following into a living room with 3 couches, coffee table, and smart TV. Eating space for at least 7 people with formal dining area + kitchen island. Chef’s Kitchen is updated and fully stocked to make you feel at home. An independent master suite (Walk-in closet & en-suite bathroom). The other two bedrooms share a hallway with full bathroom. In house laundry. Fully updated & modern bathrooms throughout. The 3rd room at front of home features a kitchenette area with optional independent entrance that leads to the driveway.
Guests will not have access to the garage. Otherwise they will have full access to every other part of the home and property inside & out.

There is parking in the driveway of the home. For added convenience:

The house was very comfortable and well organized. bedroom and en-suite bathroom on one side of the house and guest rooms and bath on the other side. Large open kitchen living room and dining area. Comfortable furniture and large screen tv. We would book this again next year.

It was our first time in Florida and we couldn't have imagined a better first time. The house was absolutely amazing! Large and commodious, well equipped and very clean. The location of the house is very good as a starting point for excursions and shopping, the beach is not far away. The only thing we didn't do was to go for a stroll in the evening, the area doesn't have much to offer.
Communication with the owner was very good at all times and requests were responded to very quickly. After a problem with the dishwasher, it took just 10 minutes and a friend of the owner was at our door to take care of the problem. Simply great!
We certainly won't be coming back to Florida so soon, but if we did, I would request this house again.

The host were super sweet and attentive. The home itself was warm and comfortable. I really felt as if I were home. Loved the stay 10/10 would definitely book again.

The property is in a well located neighbourhood. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby within walking distance.
The beach is about an 8 minute drive.
Aaron was a great host.
