Welcome to this beautiful house in the exclusive area of Lighthouse Point managed by FloridaonVacation! This unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, game room, laundry room and an incredible private pool with many relaxing spaces. It has beautiful finishes and first -class comforts. Enough parking in the house driveway. Totally equipped: Kitchen has everything you need to cook, Towels & linens, Wifi and TVs.
The Space:
Upon entering, you receive an open area that includes the living room/dining room/kitchen connected to the game/disco room, and then the incredible outdoor pool area. The living room is equipped with a sectional sofa (sufficient space for the family to watch a movie together), an accent chair, a beanbag, a small pouf, and a large intelligent television. Located immediately next to the living room is the formal dining room with seats for 6, in front of a beautiful modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a top counter for 3 people.
Entering the left of the living room and immediately to its right, enter the main bedroom with a King bed, night tables with lamps, a workspace, a mirror, and a television. The main bathroom inside has been completely updated and has a dressing table, closet, mirror with light, toilet, and shower.
The bedroom for children, on the other side, has twin beds with trundles, a night table with a lamp, and two small banks. It has a private bathroom with a dressing table, shower, mirror with light, and a toilet.
Next to the kitchen, there is a laundry room. There is a washer/dryer and storage. Then, another main bedroom with a King bed, 2-night tables with a lamp, a reclining chair, and an intelligent television. Attached is a private bathroom with a dressing table, a mirror with light, a toilet, and a shower.
The game room next to the living room has a multi-game table (ping pong, air hockey, and pool), four bar stools, and a portable party table in a disco-style environment with a mirror ball.
The pool area is an outdoor life at its maximum expression! There is an outdoor dining room with a beautiful pool, which offers seats for 3, two sun loungers, and an umbrella. There is also a propane BBQ.
There is a camera next to the front door for your and our security.
Enjoy extras like complimentary Wi-Fi, bathroom towels, linens, and pool towels.
Upon request, we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for kids.
As a courtesy, we provide a welcome kit with toilet and cleaning items that includes: dishwasher, detergent/sponge, paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner. We will not be responsible for filling them during your stay.
EXTRA FEES:
-Pets are Welcome! The pet fee is $ 150 / pet per stay.
-The pool heating rate is $ 30 per day for the total days of your stay. Let us know as soon as possible if you need it; it takes approximately two days to heat up.
-The barbecue rate is $ 50 per complete stay, which includes the propane tank and cleaning.

-Pool safety (strict): Children may not be left unattended at the pool at any time. An adult must supervise children at all times, and no unsupervised children are permitted in or near the pool—ever.
-Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, or paper towels. Any blockage or damage will be charged to the guest.

My family and I really enjoyed our time at this great house. We spent the majority of our time enjoying the pool and outdoor space.
Freddy was very responsive and a pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend this house.

There were flies in the house which became unbearable at some point. The host did come by to assess the problem, however the flies returned the next day. The house needs to be fumigated.
