Completed in July 2022, our beautiful pool area is one of the finest in the neighborhood, offering a tranquil escape right in your backyard. Pool Heating: From October through March, our pool heater keeps the water comfortable for swimming on cooler days. Whether relaxing poolside or gathering with friends and family, this backyard offers a private paradise for your stay.

A accommodation except for the 2 king size memory foam mattresses, but that was our opinion.....Fully stocked bathrooms that even included a large first aid kit. Kitchen well appointed to include some spices. Appliances were A. The towels, both bath & pool, were thick and luxurious, A. The oversized washer and dryer were A. Water pressure was phenomenal! The family loved the indoor shuffleboard. Our only other comment would be to share the address or phone number of a local charity that would accept our leftover food (eggs, bread, soda, butter, etc) It was incredibly difficult to throw away in the trash. Although, thankfully, a neighbor did accept some of it. All in all, it was delightful and affordable. The pool was an excellent exchange in the absence of oceanview. The off street parking was much appreciated.

The house is very modern and well equipped. The best water pressure ever. My only issue, if you call it that, was that there was only a partial shower door or bathroom door in the one bathroom which made it hard to get a hot shower and the floor would get wet. Also a shelf in that shower would be nice as I had to put my stuff on the floor and for a senior it makes it a little difficult. There were no beach chairs available so we ended up buying some and leaving them there because it was cheaper than renting on the beach. But overall it was a great place.

We stayed two weeks to get away from the cold winter. The location was wonderful. We were able to walk around the neighborhood and also close to many restaurants and beaches. The pool was perfect, the host got back to us immediately and the house was stocked with many extras that most VRBOs lack

Myself, my wife and our 3 adult children absolutely loved staying here for 2 weeks. Situated in between Boca/Delray and Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood it’s the perfect location. Walking distance to Deerfield Beach and a short drive to West Palm and Mizner Park. The pool is beautiful. There are enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The communication with the host was perfect. The shuffleboard table was a lot of fun. Absolutely no complaints about this place. I highly recommend.

The property was perfect for our family vacation of 8, which included 4 children. Everything was clean, the space was perfect. Having the pool, grill and sitting area in the back was amazing. We had issues with one of the shower panels, but Mark was extremely responsive and kept us updated on a solution and progress the whole time. Would certainly stay at this property again, next time we visit the area!

We enjoyed our time at this home. Place was clean, and the pool was private. We really enjoyed the shuffleboard table and the fire pit at night. Our bad luck was that it was a very windy time of year so we had keep scooping the pool to keep out the ficus leaves. That was no ones fault. The only concerns we had were that the pool didn't have a railing, making it difficult for the girls who had knee problems to enter and get out of the pool. The steps were uneven heights making 2nd step down difficult for them also And the room with a queen bed without the bathroom, was like an add on, right off the livingroom with just sliding panels. The big screen tv right near these panels made it difficult to watch tv in that room or to sleep if anyone was watching tv late at night. It would be a great place for a family with children. Easy access to the beach and restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood.

This was our first time using VRBO and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. The owners were amazing and extremely responsive. We had 2 flight cancelations and they were flexible to ensure that we had a place to stay. The house was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay over the April Spring Break. The house is extremely clean and has many modern updates. We appreciated that it was well-stocked with towels, and other necessary items that are easy to forget. The owners were a pleasure and extremely responsive. House is a short drive to the downtown beach area, and easily accessible to many great areas (Ft. Lauderdale/Boca/Delary etc...) Kids had a blast in the new pool.

My family has been staying in this area annually for the last 10 years. We have rented many homes and have had mostly good experiences. This property was the best one yet. The hosts, Mark and Lyndee were so easy to deal with and responded quickly to all inquiries, both during the booking process and during our stay. We had one minor plumbing issue arise during our stay and Mark had a plumber over to fix it in about an hour. The home was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The new pool area is great too. The house has a couple of small quirks, which they all seem to in that area. The laundry room can only be accessed from one of the bedrooms and that bedroom is separated from the living area by sliding glass panels. The panels are frosted for some privacy, but you can see shadows through them and they only attach by a top rail so they can swing independently a bit. Not ideal if complete privacy is a concern. Also, one of the other bedrooms has an suite with no door at all and the toilet is directly in line with the bed. I suppose some couples may not care, but again not ideal depending on who is using that room. It seems like it would be easy to add a door so I'm not sure why there isn't one. We actually bought a tension rod and curtain and hung it where the door should be for some measure of privacy. We kind of expect these little quirks in these older renovated homes and still really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay at the house again. My brother rented another home in the area from the same hosts and he loved that one too.

Mark was very helpful throughout our stay in the house-responded to texts/calls throughout. He also arranged for us to have a kettle delivered which was fantastic. As a family of 6, there are plenty of towels for both indoor and outdoor use. The only things missing are a chopping board and wooden spoons-but we managed without them. Great location but not really walking distance to the beach-but we had a wheelchair user so didn’t really try to get there without the car. Baja Mexican restaurant (near Target) is well worth a visit and you can walk there. We’d like to come back but who knows what will happen in the future.

Our group of 3 couples enjoyed our stay. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, and home was clean. Communication with owners was easy. Unfortunately, the pool was just too cold for any of us to enjoy, which was a big disappointment. We did make good use of the covered outdoor table and seating area around the fire table.

This was a fantastic house for our group. The house is extremely well kept and is stocked with everything you need. The pool is beautiful and is an added bonus. Can’t beat the location as well with ample spots to grab drinks and dinner. The hosts of this property have some of the best communication we experienced as well. Rooms were on opposite corners of the house providing effortless privacy within the home. Open floor plan giving the common area are very spacious feel. Neighborhood was very quiet. House was very clean and most amenities were included. Host was prompt and efficient with all questions before and during the stay.
