Very good

I confirmed a crib would be set up and it wasn’t when we arrived. It was after hours so no one could tell us where it was. They claimed to have laundry facilities but it wasn’t working. We tried to contact someone for 2 hours. Someone was finally there 10min before check out to fix it so we couldn’t do laundry. Their automated system to talk to someone after check-in is not monitored.

The apartment furniture was not bad with equipped kitchen but laking basic things like slippers and toaster. outside scenery was beautiful.

The location was a disappointment because many wrote it was excellent but in fact it was far away from anything and the road was dangerous and it was really hard to find. what made even a bad experience the miss handling of the Apartment for Holiday office. After a very hard time, when we reached the place they were closed and we called the emergency number but no one replied. One of the house keepers volunteered to go with us in our car to the office and we had to wait until they opened and someone called Max was even worse in his response and said to me you should have manners. After that we went back to the apartment really disappointed for our wasted time and money.

Fabulous

The apartments are beautifully appointed with everything you might need. They look great and are fitted with quality appliances and furniture. The owner is really trying to help resolve any issue and make your stay great.

The location was a huge disappointment, as this is advertised by Booking.com / Apartments4Holiday as being in Ortisei, however it is in Laion, 10 mins drive from Ortisei. We found the location inconvenient when traveling with kids/toddlers. There is nowhere to walk around the place. You need to take the car to go anywhere. This completely changed our skiing plans/schedule as we had to drive the kids and their carers everyday back and forth. The initial checkin location is also not easy to find. Try to get there before dark, as otherwise it will be a bad start, like it was for us.

Very comfortable, fresh, well equipped and beautiful apartments with fantastic view! Free Ski transfer, ortisei pool and spa entrance.

Ei ollut aamiaista , kaikin puolin hyvä majoitus, autolla Orteseihin muutamassa minuutissa. Maisemat upeat.

Lähtöpäivänä siivoojat tulivat jo klo 8 odottelemaan lähtöä, tuntui hieman painostavalta. Check out oli klo 9. Ajo-ohjeet olivat heikot ja ohjaus vain toisesta suunnasta , lisäksi Booking appissa väärä osoite

شقق فندقيه ممتازه ونظيفه جداً يوجد مطبخ بكل احتياجاته مواقف مجانيه يوجد غرفة غسيل غساله و تنشيف وكوي اطلاله على الجبل جميله أمام باب الشقه يوجد منطقه معشبه خاصه شقق للاستجمام بفضل الهدوء والاطلاله يوجد شباك للنوافذ يمنع دخول حشرات قربها من اورتيسي والنهر والتلفريك والمحلات والمطاعم

لا يوجد تكييف ولكن الجو بارد وبامكانك فتح النوافذ

Toller erholsamer Urlaub mit gutem Startpunkt für viele Erlebnisse!

Das Appartement war sehr groß, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet! Es waren zwei Bäder vorhanden! Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.Tolle Aussicht! Die Gastgeber waren immer freundlich und haben sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Appartement weiter empfehlen!

Hauptstraße war sehr laut!

شقة بدون تكييف وكثرة الحشرات وإدارة سيئه

شقة نظيفه والموقع اطلالة علي جبل وتبعد عنك سنتر أورتيساي 7 دقايق

أولا ما أنصح اللي معاه اطفال في نزله خطره بالحديقه قدام شقه c وثانيا دخولنا كان متأخر الساعه7 وعذرهم يقولون انت حاجز الساعه12 الظهر ومايمدينا نجهز لك الشقه وتعاونت معاهم ثالثا كثرة الحشرات تشوف انواع الحشرات من تفتح باب او الدريشة مع ان حاطين شباك ولكن من تفتح الباب تدخل عليك الحشرات وانت امام خيارين ياحر ياحشرات لأن الشقه بدون تكييف وغمته رابعا ماعجبني تعامل الاداره معنا خروج من الشقه 9 صباحا قلت في مجال تمدد قال 9:1 يخصم عليك التأمين 500يورو ملاحظه الشقه علي جبل وفيها صعده
