Having only two elevators in working order is not acceptable. If the elevators had just broken down, it would have been okay to deal with. They have not been in working order for months. No one tells you this until you check in, or hours prior to check in. The wait time for elevators is ridiculous. There aren’t many luggage carts, and no one takes them to a designated area(probably because of the wait time on elevators). We hauled our luggage and groceries to the room on the day of check in and hauled our luggage back to car on the day we left. The room could use a facelift. Mold in the shower. The rugs in bathroom are nasty!!! They only provide minimum towels. No extras. You wash them in the mini washer and dryer that takes forever to run. There is not a deadbolt on the front door-Only a flimsy latch at the top. The keyless entry is nice. The location is great. The pools aren’t spectacular, or as grand as pictures make them appear. The “relaxation” pool is not a relaxation pool. Children take over both of them. Many of the beach chairs need to be repaired. Umbrellas and tents will block your view and take over. They shouldn’t be allowed in front of the purchased beach chairs.
The location is nice, but I wouldn’t go back until the elevators are repaired and updating is done.
