This spacious oceanfront unit offers a gulf-front living room and primary suite with an ensuite bathroom, a separate enclosed bunk room, and a second bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests.
The luxurious beachfront primary suite is a true retreat, with a King bed, smart TV, full-length sliding patio door to the balcony. The ensuite features a new, spa-like walk-in glass-enclosed shower with a lighted rain shower head, a custom double vanity with stunning quartz countertops, lighted anti-fog mirrors, frosted glass barn doors, and ample storage—all designed with high-end finishes for an atmosphere of sophistication and relaxation.
The separate bunk room offers a twin over full bunk, a smart TV, books, and a barn door that allows the room to be closed off for privacy.
The second full bathroom also includes a newly installed quartz countertop, modern vanity, and a lighted anti-fog mirror.
The fully equipped kitchen (Keurig included) has also been fully renovated, with beautiful quartz countertop/backsplash.
The spacious living room has a Queen sofa sleeper and lots of space for everyone. The unit has matching tile flooring throughout, charming shiplap, and sweeping gulf views that bring the beauty of the emerald coast inside.

I began vacationing in PCB 40 yrs ago with several visits annually. I have experienced the tremendous growth of this remarkable resort first stay at the Aronov -Aqua condominium is now my first choice for accommodations in the future. I have also discussed purchasing a unit.Marcy and Nicole where extremely professional and friendly throughout the reservation process.These characteristics go a long way with your guests. Thank you for great staff training from top to bottom.Everyone matters.

The unit itself doesn’t live up to the pictures. The floors didn’t feel particularly clean, especially the master bathroom, which had an off/on smell to it. The fridge won’t get to a food safe temp, and after multiple back and forths about sending maintenance, talking to a manager, etc we told them to just deal with it when we checked out. I don’t want to spend my vacation dealing with an issue. They did offer to swap the fridge or give us a lower level but similar room, we just did without and didn’t buy our usual fridge food for vacation. I would stay at aqua again, but not this unit in particular. The view off the porch was great though, and the beach chairs being included was nice, just go down before 8 AM to reserve front row.
