This spacious oceanfront unit offers a gulf-front living room and primary suite with an ensuite bathroom, a separate enclosed bunk room, and a second bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests.
The luxurious beachfront primary suite is a true retreat, with a King bed, smart TV, full-length sliding patio door to the balcony. The ensuite features a new, spa-like walk-in glass-enclosed shower with a lighted rain shower head, a custom double vanity with stunning quartz countertops, lighted anti-fog mirrors, frosted glass barn doors, and ample storage—all designed with high-end finishes for an atmosphere of sophistication and relaxation.
The separate bunk room offers a twin over full bunk, a smart TV, books, and a barn door that allows the room to be closed off for privacy.
The second full bathroom also includes a newly installed quartz countertop, modern vanity, and a lighted anti-fog mirror.
The fully equipped kitchen (Keurig included) has also been fully renovated, with beautiful quartz countertop/backsplash.
The spacious living room has a Queen sofa sleeper and lots of space for everyone. The unit has matching tile flooring throughout, charming shiplap, and sweeping gulf views that bring the beauty of the emerald coast inside.

Apartment was clean, beautiful and kitchen was well stocked, and all appliances were in working order. My wife and I enjoyed staying in this condo and recommend it to anyone.

Family of 4 and had plenty of space. Unit has been nicely renovated. Unit includes 2 beach chairs with umbrellas. Experienced A/C outage in entire condo but communication by maintenance through email was very helpful and issue was quick to be resolved.
