Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful. Has everything you need. The beach and attractions close by are also fantastic as you are walking distance to pier park. Would 100% recommend. This was our second stay and we'll be back next year.

BUT the floors were definitely not clean, my feet were black on the bottom as soon as we arrived to the unit and began walking around. You could also feel the dirt and grittiness (sand) on feet- it was like the unit wasn't vacuumed or mopped at all prior to our arrival. Overall a good experience, beautiful views, and we would come back in the future!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location! The condo is a few blocks from Walmart for convenient shopping, and also just down the street from Pier Park. The property was very well maintained, but the smell of marijuana made it hard to enjoy our balcony. The balcony and furniture was covered in pigeon feces which we had to clean before we could go outside. I think the rule of no smoking needs to be enforced as well. The living area rug and curtains could use a good cleaning. Other than a few minor things, our stay was fantastic.
