Wonderful location, great amenities, and beautiful views. Excellent communication from Property Management. Loved that an umbrella and set of chairs were included. Only disappointment was how far back they were from the water and that all the random tents, chairs, and other umbrellas were allowed in front.

This condo was clean and well kept. Beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms, plus title flooring throughout. We love staying at the Aqua because it’s situated right on the beach, plus it’s within walking distance to Pier Park and a short drive to Walmart & Target. This 1 bedroom, 2 full bath condo also offers a small Alcove or bunk bed room near the front door, plus a pull out couch, so you could sleep up to 6 ppl. Fully stocked kitchen, hair dryers, and washer & dryer. They provide you with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, large kitchen 1 trash bag, plus 2 dishwasher tabs, so we plan ahead and bring extras from home. We would highly recommend you staying in this condo for many reasons but we love waking up and enjoying coffee while sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Plus having beach service is huge for us because they provide you with 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach. We’ll definitely be back to stay in this condo again. Thank you,
