Excellent location, very clean, and I had no problem with noise or troubles.
This is my 3rd stay at Rios House - previously, I stayed in a studio apartment, which was excellent. This time I was in a smaller room without the kitchenette, which was a pity, but in line with what I booked.
My bed was very soft - and my back is still aching. A much firmer bed is my preference, and no fault of Rios house.

The reception free access is great. The room was small but fine for what i needed. It had everything I needed and was comfortable. It was also a peaceful location.
There was a slight musty smell to the room. had to open the window to cool it down a bit as the temp had been set quite high. The bathroom is small and could be awkward to naviagte the space.

Incredible location and comfy stay.
Excellent location. Incredible room. Loved the bathroom. I stayed in room 100 and it was perfect.
No plug sockets near the mirrors - was a slight stretch. One bulb had blown. Stairs are narrow, but fine.
